Excellent location right next to the beach. Pool and hot tub were clean. Room was comfortable. Just a personal preference - pillows were too firm. Bathroom was small but clean and shower was a good size.

We love staying here. Nice hotel. They have renovated all the rooms and decks over the years. Nice & clean. We would like the jacuzzi to bubble more/harder or ir is just a hot tub. It is big to hold several folks. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay at the Sea Cliff House Motel. We got on the road late and had to call to arrange a late check-in which was very easy thanks to the outstanding young front desk staff who was articulate and very helpful. Great location with only steps to the beach, and short walk from the Pier. Will definitely stay here again!

This place is very nice and peaceful. Love the hot tub and pool and view . It’s a nice little stay for good amount of money . It can be a little hike to the downtown but that’s my only complaint

All in all it was convenient and having the kitchenette was perfect. Comfort of the bed and the futon is the biggest issue and the price was high for the lack of comfort. The bed and the futon in the room were both very uncomfortable. Futon felt like I was sleeping on a piece of plywood. :(

Room was clean upon our arrival. The staff was very helpful, and the hot tub as well as the pool was clean and wonderful to relax in. The view from the beach was great. Short driving ditto the pier at old orchard beach with plenty of parking facilities at the old orchard beach, for very reasonable prices.
