The staff were wonderful, the manager Emily was so accommodating and friendly. I would stay there again definitely thank you Emily. The room was very clean and modern and Emily was so accommodating

Comfortable, Quiet, accessible to pickup the Trolly if we wanted to and we did. It could use a paint job on some of the outside. Just a comment. It didn’t affect our stay though.

It was very quaint and very clean. Staff and owner were very accommodating with any needs. And very personable.

The staff was friendly, the pool was accommodating with a fence around it for my little guy who elopes, the beds were comfortable. The WiFi was spotty but I never reported the issue so can’t complain. They let our friends come back and swim in the pool even though they didn’t have a room there.

Enjoyed that we were roughly 10 minutes from any place we wanted to go. Local Thai was good. There was a smell of urine in one of the bedrooms but I know staff cleaned and ho estly, we dint say anything so that's on us.

Convenient to have a kitchen, easy parking, felt at home. Comfortable beds. The neighbors in the room next to mine played TV loudly in the middle of the night (2am). I am grateful I had earplugs, but even with earplugs, the noise was somewhat disturbing to my sleep. This is not a fault of the property, but of the other guests. I wish there weren’t TVs in the rooms seeing as some guests don’t understand polite usage of TVs.

Staff was polite and very helpful with a booking change, due to the fall season.

Extremely clean room The cabin was a little damp. They had a lot of rain a day or so before we got there, A dehumidifier would have fixed the problem.

Countless issues with multiple videos of support evidence. I need a full refund.

Not too far from the beach and main attractions of Old Orchard area. Water smelled like it was from a lake and took a while to get hot

better. We will def be back and would recommend this place ? We have ZERO complaints.

Rooms were very nice for an older hotel. Location was perfect less than a mile to the beach. We will stay here again!!! Trolly picked us up right out front.

Convenience Outlets didnt all work

2 bedroom suite have enough space, beds were good, A/C work great, staff was friendly, pool was clean. Check-in was supposed to be 3pm, room was ready at 4h15pm. Seems to have long term rental on place, the outside of the last two apartments look like a dump, one of the room has around 10 barrels of 55 gal on the porch and the tenants was outside the apartments at 5:30 am opening boxes for an hour, 2 days in a row and these boxes were leave outside. They were making a lot of noise as if it was 2 in the afternoon without worrying about the other rooms around them. The apartments himself is okay if you are not picky, it's sad to pay that much in high season, next time we will pay extra bucks for a better hotel.

Clean

The convenience to restaurants and the trolley. People next to us partying until late,the staff didn't ask if we needed any supplies,the air conditioner was cobbed in place.
