Friendship Oceanfront Suites

Everything was great but too many kids for us personally. They were fine but too noisy for us. Would have liked a little more privacy while sitting on the balcony. Amazing view of the beach and ocean:)

Chambres du rc rénovées sans tapis. Nouvelles portes patio. Rénover le 2e de la même façon serait souhaitable de même que l'ajout d'une plaque chauffante en plus du micro-ondes. Séjour fort agréable car espace surprenant sur la plage pour la pratique de sports.Paddle tennis, pétanque, baseball...

The room was smaller than expected but it had excellent access to the beach, friendly and courteous staff, very clean, and a quiet after 10pm rule that made for a good nights sleep. I would definitely recommend.

I wish this place was our little secret because we just love it so much there. I was initially galled by the price but everything on the ocean is that expensive in summer, and after our stay it felt so worth it.

The location is perfect! Quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle, but right on the beach. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The room was spotless. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very family friendly. They offer an overflow parking lot across the road, which was perfect for my husband’s truck, as the parking spots on the property can be a bit tight. We’ll definitely plan on staying here again!

Location was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner in the room did not work! The room felt damp and did not smell good. There was absolutely no water pressure in the shower.The reason we chose this hotel was because it said it had a heated pool. Pool most certainly not heated, which was unfortunate because it was rainy and cold out.. The hotel is extremely outdated. For the price we paid during a week night I would’ve expected much better.

Great place. Wish the bathrooms were bigger.

Friendship Oceanfront Suites is an older but quaint property and you can NOT beat the location!!! A short 20-25 minute walk to the pier/shops etc...will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was smallish but very clean. Parking onsite was available. Our view was exceptional and access to the beach was great and we didn't have to pay for parking to get to the beach!. We are looking forward to next year.

The location was great for going into Portland, a day trip to Bath, and having evening fun on the boardwalk. Had a great time and would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean. The staff were helpful at checkin and that’s about all the interaction we had. I liked the location was a bit further away from the hub of Old Orchard Beach.

Location! Also, liked to be able to do a little laundry before continuing on from our east coast trip from hotel. Could use a fresh up.
