Friendship Oceanfront Suites

Was one of the better maintained properties on the beach. Easy access and uncrowded beach.

The layout of the property was wonderful with it's horseshoe design with the heated pool in the middle and the balconies and patios affording an ocean view!

Room5. View is not ideal. Def not “oceanfront view” as expected/advertised. A handful of bugs would crawl while laying in bed at night. Only 1 AC in the sleeping portion. Expected more for what I paid.

Room was clean and comfortable and very accommodating. The staff is very friendly. The beach view was from my door. Parking was right by my front door. It was awesome.

Room is as picture displays. Plenty of area for many to gather and use. Enjoyed the beach area the best

The staff is OUTSTANDING! What a friendly, hard working bunch. Cannot thank them enough for keeping the grounds sparkling during the crazy season!

The room was clean but outdated. Beach access is great and I think that is what you are paying for.

Quiet, clean and perfect location.

Beautiful spot

Very out dated. Key lock had to be juggled just right to get the door open. Black ick in kitchen sink drain. Bathroom sink in the bedroom. Closer to door than toilet/shower room. Do not disturb sign on the door, however, housekeeping tried to come in the room. Yes, they knocked first but we didn't want to be DISTURBED. We will not be going back to this hotel again!

The rooms are very dated, and the bathroom and shower (no tub) are in a closet-sized space. While the "living room" area is nice if you need the sleeper sofa, that space could have been smaller to allow for the basic bathroom space one expects in a room. Everyone uses the bathroom, not everyone needs a pullout sofa. The price was reasonable given it was Summer season. In hindsight, I should have paid an additional $30 per night to have stayed in a place closer to the Pier that I knew were more updated.

I would recommend the Friendship Oceanfront Suites to everyone. Polite and courteous staff, the owners are on hand every day. They welcome you with a smile and ask you to let them know if you need anything. In the reception area there is a wonderful coffee/tea selection, a hot/cold water fountain, along with pastries There is also a bowl of different chocolates or candy on the counter, that I am sure the staff hated to see me coming everyday. The rooms are very clean, they have been renovated. They have A/C or heat, king size beds, pull out couches in the living room section, the kitchen has a fridge with a freezer and a microwave, a table with two chairs, coffee maker. TV in the kitchen/living room area and another in the bedroom. The views are amazing of the beach. Miles of hard packed sand to walk on. The pool is clean, with lots of fresh towels and seating, tables with parasols. There is an outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off before bathing or just to splash yourself when you're too hot but down want to dip in the pool. Coming off the beach there is a water hose to wash all the sand off yourself, so you don't bring it on the property with you. Very well thought out. There is ample parking for every guest. I absolutely love this place and everyone working there. Once again, I highly recommend.

The room was very clean and there was a great view of the ocean. The parking was well planned out, every room had their designated parking space and it was a one way driveway. The people above us were a little noisy running around alot.

Super clean great location just north of the Pier it was awesome!

Incredibly clean, beautiful views from our room- however based on the building’s layout one could have a beautiful view from any room! Friendly and helpful staff, room was absolutely perfect! 3 travelers- 2 adults and 1 child and we stayed in a 1 King Bed with pull out couch option and the price was well worth it and far more reasonable compared to other properties in the area. The heated saltwater pool was also perfect- incredibly clean as well! The washer and dryers on site is a nice touch, with complimentary coffee (k cups) at the front office. The room’s mini fridge was quite substantial and fit a lot. The furniture was comfortable and I felt that the rooms overall were carefully designed to both optimize the space and functionality. No criticisms, only compliments! We will definitely be back!

Location Walls were thin. Could hear conversations in the next room. Many late night loud groups.

Location and the staff! They are the friendliest people you have ever met. Property is in a great location but is aging a little. It’s not a negative just a reality of own an oceanfront property.
