Crosswinds Motel

the location It had mold in the room, witch was very small. Shower was not working well (no water pressure) and it had a weird smell

It was an amazing property, and my kids loved the pool!

There was no breakfast - we had to ask for cups I didn’t like the ‘bedroom’ doors with just a turn lock. Should be a bolt. No air conditioning.

Management and cleaning person was exceptional. Very thoughtful and caring and accommodating. Nothing

Affordable, clean, not far from beach. Comfortable place to stay

Location was great. Short walk to the ocean and about a 5-10 min walk to the center of town. Very quiet and very friendly people. Pool was heated which was nice coming from the cold ocean.

No AC in the room. Made for a hot nights. Fan was included but couldn’t completely fight the heat.

Needs upgrading

The place is filthy, dirty, beds were extremely uncomfortable. The showers look very sketchy! Refrigerator leaked. No AC.

Was across from the beach/ocean and within a reasonable walking distance to two convenience stores. Did not have air conditioning.

The privacy of the cottage was nice. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the owner to show up because the key to our room wasn’t at the front desk. The shower had other peoples hair in it. The fridge wasn’t working at first but we got it to work eventually. There was also hair in the bed and stains on the sheets. The mattress was decent but started to get uncomfortable after a couple days. The shower was probably the worst part. It was tiny and the shower head was in the corner and the soap holder was directly in the line of the water which is the worst spot to place it. My boyfriend’s soap completely washed away after using the shower a few times. There wasn’t much shelf space and the bathroom was so tiny in general. This was definitely NOT WORTH $300 a night at all.

The location is awesome! Short distance to the beach and the pier.

Convenience to the beach and to the center of old Orchard beach main attractions. The new owner is exceptional with customer service and making sure his guest are satisfied with their stay.

It was walking distance to the beach. Really helpful w dog. Our cabin was very close to road...but with ac on could not hear cars. Really not an issue.

Breakfast was only coffee but the coffee was excellent. Air conditioning but they provided us a nice fan.

We had a great time

We checked in 20 mins before check in time. Shower had mold in it. The bedroom smelt like pot and cigarettes. No a/c or fan. The Train was right behind the motel and comes like every 40 mins and it woke me up every time it came by. No hand soap in bathroom. The blanket was ripped.
