Grand Beach Inn

Spacious, clean accommodations, staff seemed a little overwhelmed but always helpful. Pool was nice and the restaurant/bar along with live entertainment every night was perfect. The beach right across the street was so convenient and not too busy.. we are already talking about coming back next year!

Very bright room, no curtains and outside lights shine in all night long. Very noisy, this was a difficult place to get any sleep. Very dirty floors in the rooms.

The parking was non existslant ,the rooms were dated,very small beds and uncomfortable, next door to us was noisy two nights with yelling,screaming running, we didn't stay the 3rd night which we had already paid for.i will not stay here again nor would I recommend it

Nice staff and everything was clean.

My room was clean and staff was friendly. It’s a decent place to stay and right across the street from the beach. There is a heated pool and it is very family friendly.

I was told 1) - it be a double bed room with futon Arrived 0 futon 2) dirty bathroom / renovations not finished 3) couldn’t move our room 4) charged a $25 early check in fee 5) didn’t tell us about loud music until very late had difficulty putting kids to sleep. They will not refund me or anything it’s complete Bs. Here are pictures. I couldn’t even shower here.

The restaurant right across the street had some of the freshest food we've had in a long time. Every meal was delicious, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the service was excellent. It made our trip even more enjoyable! We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Old Orchard Beach! 🌊☀️

A standard room has two full beds. Parking was a bit of a nightmare(pretty full as the were fully booked the night of our stay) but the parking is for guests only which is nice! Staff were great in answering questions in regards to my reservation through Expedia (thought I was getting a queen or king sized bed in a standard room(not suite) but their standard rooms are two doubles only).

3e année au Grand Beach Inn. Bel accueil, employés très gentils et à l’écoute, proximité de la plage agréable. Nous avions la chambre 213 avec cuisinette. Il manquait beaucoup de matériel pour cuisiner. Heureusement, un employé en a rapatrié d’autres chambres libres. La fenêtre a laissé entrer de l’eau durant l’orage. Les matelas étaient très mous. Manque un peu d’amour… Première fois que nous n’étions pas pleinement satisfaits de notre expérience pour du Old Orchard.

The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was just ok. The train behind the building was an unwelcome surprise at 3am. The ac unit had mold falling out of it but it did blow very cold air. We would stay there again. It was a very good value for the location.

Would not recommend. At one point during a night I went to the office and staff did not acknowledge me, and I had to listen to Pavle belittle and yell at the poor girl working at the counter, calling her a "baby" and such. Very unprofessional staff. The rooms are dated and musty, just ok. Had issues checking in too. Restaurant was nice at least.
