The parking situation is kind of a mess until after the bar closes. When I got there they made it sound like I might not find parking until after 9:00. They should have specific reserved numbered parking for guests.

We were there for one night. The room was clean and big. The swimming pool was clean. There is no elevators and the mattresses are very old and probably need to be replaced but a good experience all around.

And relaxing

For what it is was a nice landing zone near the beach. Room smelled damp and felt damp, “Cheap” older motel.

Notre séjour fut très agréable, tous les employés sont vraiment gentils et avenants. Ils ont été supers disponibles pour chacune de nos demandes. La place est super bien située près de la plage si vous ne souhaitez pas étouffés par une marée de monde. Le bistro adjacent est vraiment très bon.

The ability to pick up the trolley right on site for easy access to the downtown and pier. And walking distance to the beach was perfect. The amenities at the property were not working correctly, no running water in kitchen sink, no tv which honestly wasn’t a big deal since we were there to enjoy the ocean. Advertisement said breakfast on site, none available. The front desk clerk was borderline rude and rolled her eyes at me when I told her about the items not working during check out. Check out is super early and no wiggle room

Location to the beach was perfect. The trolly service was also very convenient. Property grounds were overall clean. Rooms need updating. The buildings were run down to include exterior and interior. Balcony door didn’t shut properly and the deck was not level which resulted in the chair sliding towards the railing. The bathroom was missing a towel rack. Mattress was uncomfortable.

I liked the pool and how close to the beach we were. The restaurant on the property made mornings easier for me and the staff was very nice in my interactions with them. I didn't like being on the third floor with a 5 year old but we managed

Price, location, sitting on the deck listening to the music. Barking dogs next to us for several nights. Asked for beach towels twice and did not receive them. Told we couldn't park our second vehicle until Monday when there were empty parking spots available

Our room smelled like smoke or something and was told there were no rooms to switch. They did give us a plug-in air freshener and sent a staff to check it out. Overall, there was lots of construction debris all around the property. No chairs provided to sit out on the balcony, nowhere to hang clothes in the room, no tissues. You had to pay extra if you wanted to sit in a cabana by the pool. We did enjoy the music at the on-site restaurant, however restaurant service itself not great.

Pictures of rooms online were not what the rooms really look like. Blinds too small for window so bright light shined in our room all night. Fridge on high was still room temp. Shower was the worst ever. Bed was lumpy and so uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin. My only positive to tell is the mini split kept the room cool and worked great. Check out is at 10am, not 11 like every other hotel and they were knocking at 10:01 and rudely telling us to leave. My husband went down to bring the car closer and while I waited for him to come back to get our bags, the manager opened the door to our room without knocking and sternly said “Checkout is at 10:00. You can’t keep doing this!” This was my 1st stay here so I do not know why he said that but opening the door without knocking was so unacceptable.

It was close to the beach. Beds were very comfortable! Could use an update on some stuff. Bottom drawer on dresser was broke. Bathroom door hinges are all rusted and door was hard to close. Very simple inside for the price we paid for 2 nights.

I liked the pool area, and the restaurant and tiki bar on site. The beach is right across the street so that was nice ! The parking is ridiculous! You dont get a designated spot they give you a parking tag but clearly nobody looks or enforces it as i saw a-lot of people drive in unload for beach and leave! So frustrating as you pay but then cant leave because you may not have a spot when you get back. Staff was just there, not friendly and like pulling teeth to get an answer about anything.
