The best part of this place is that it was right next to the beach! Front desk was very pleasant and informative!

Location was excellent. Views of the ocean were great!

How close it was to the beach and the kitchen that we could all use. Baseboard heat, which we did not have to use. Large crack in the back door for our room.

Beautiful location. Beautiful deck with lounge chairs to relax and watch the ocean. Private path to beach - it’s right on the beach! Very quaint with comfortable beds, easy parking and great staff.

Location on sandy beach was fantastic. close to Old Orchard, if you want that, but quiet and nice, Friendly staff, very helpful. Appreciated ice and mini fridge. Clean too. Room was a bit dark but we were outside most of the time.

Amazing beachfront.

The sheets were like sandpaper. The water heater blew during our stay so we had absolutely no hot water and all of the rooms were vying for whatever cold water was left. It was awful and the staff was patronizing about it and acted like we shouldn't be upset because of it but offered no concessions or money back for it. The place sucks and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

location. very clean . felt like home. vintage charm. room had awesome views of ocean. very friendly in keepers. what we liked were the nice navy blue towels in stead of the “hotel white” lack of hair dryer.
