Property was clean, I mean very cleans with grills tables and chairs and a outdoor shower as well There was nothing not to like it was less than 50 yards from the beach and the place was absolutely awesome. We will definitely be back for years to come

The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. The courtyard was very comfortable and relaxing. Easy beach access and quiet. It’s a bit of a walk to the pier, but doable, either on the beach or in the road. We enjoyed our stay, very much. Highly recommend and we plan to visit again.

Location is nice as it's far enough away from the craziness of OOB town to be quiet, but close enough to walk if you want to Nothing I can think of

Front office was very easy to deal with, friendly, and courteous. Floors in the room were sandy.

Relaxing and quiet, just what we needed. Outdoor shower for rinsingoff was a bonus. Beach was not crowded! Highly recommend.

Close to water shore, parking was off street, owner was very accommodating. Regretfully - we had to cut our stay short by 1 night because our pet dog passed away at home the night we arrived, and we returned home the next morning Nothing.

The staff was amazing. They had assign spots for parking but my 84 year old grandmother came for my daughters 2nd birthday and the owner let her park at his house which is close by. He went above and beyond and I will rent from them every year for our traditional birthday gathering. N/A

Easy access to the beach. Quiet and peaceful at night. Rug and bed’s comforter need to be updated, to go with the beach theme.

This is by far the best room I've had, and I've been coming up here for 30 years. I will definitely come back. The room we had had a full refrigerator/freezer and galley kitchen with all the dishes and pots and pans. One full-size bed, a pull out sofa, and a recliner. A decent sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. I highly recommend this place. You can not go wrong. It is even real close to the beach. Not a thing
