There was no breakfast!! And when I asked for a receipt I was told that I couldn;t get one because it was confidential!!! It was MY receipt so why would it be confidential and it is still NOT in my email!!!!!! There was NO breakfast!! The first room I got the freezer made a lot of noise so kept me awake so was moving to another room and the elevator went down! They had to wait over an hour for someone to come and I needed to get to sleep and couldn't get upstairs except if took stars and had hip injections and bad knees so couldn't take my suitcase and stuff upstairs, they wouldn't credit me so I could just go sleep in my truck while my friends were sleeping.! Worst hotel I have been in and I travel a lot!

Amazing staff and room. I was surprised for my room to be a nice as it was for the price. Everyone was super helpful and understanding when I had an extra guest.

We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel and the staff was very courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself including the parking lot was clean. I will recommend anyone to stay there and my wife and I will definitely be staying there when we come to visit again.

Put in my room as a “no show” after I called multiple times hours before my check in saying I will be a day late due to snow storm and called the day of at 12 pm and said I would be there around 6pm and they cancelled my booking (I had booked 1 month) my wife and infant child sat in the lobby for 2 hours trying to get the room rebooked. Worst experience I’ve had.
