The bed was clean, the water was hot, and the air conditioner was very cold.

Windows broken out. Homeless people living in there car in the parking lot with trash thrown around it! I will be going to my bank and complaining that I’ve been taken. and the charges should be reversed.

This place is absolutely terrible and a scam. I booked with expedia and when i got there there was alcohol bottles,trash and syringes scattered in the parking lot not to mention all the homeless people loitering in the parking lot. i tried to get a refund and am now being told that there will not be one i never checked in and the staff there told expedia i did. Now im getting no help or responce from expedia or the hotel.

Its closed with squaters and has been completely ransacked. Wheres my refund

Arrived at the hotel to discover we couldn't stay because they were closed down. Apparently there was sex trafficking operation being run out of this place and the police raided them and confiscated all their computers and what not.

I wouldn’t suggest coming here unless you have had all your shots and rabies. The floors are disgusting, the hallways are either musty or smell of dog urine. Don’t let the pictures fool you there is no breakfast, vending machines are ripped out. Our door latch didn’t even work properly but luckily my friend had her purse bestie. Drugs and druggies all over the parking lot. Cars that are on centerblocks. People knocking on your door for things. Our sink legit came detached there’s holes everywhere including your room. Oversprayed with room spray but room still smells like weed cigarettes dog pee and musty. Wouldn’t recommend. Not kidding.

I misread the rating of this hotel and booked this after a long day of driving with my family. TERRIBLE MISTAKE! The hotel had boarded up windows, overgrown bushes, and we saw a love drug deal go down in the parking lot as we were getting out of our car. There was also a homeless encampment near the front entrance. I felt completely unsafe here. I ate the cost (trying to get a refund) because risking my family’s safety was not worth it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The pictures were misleading - we expected much more for what we showed up to. A hotel in a back parking lot. Our stay was okay, we were in town for the zoo so we spent minimal time in the room. One half of the hotel did consistently smell of marijuana every time we would enter/exit at random times. The breakfast offered was 2 kinds of cereal and eggs. One day there was biscuits and gravy but not the next. So don’t expect anything that will actually curb your hunger. We didn’t use the pool so no opinion there. The room was clean. We had a quiet section of the hotel overnight which was great. We didn’t have a bad stay, we were there to sleep and shower. The room did the job it was meant to do.

Booked this as a family vacation as it’s close to the zoo. Bathroom door had no door handle. There were stains on the wall. A few spiders decided to make our room their home. We stayed three nights nobody came in to give us new towels make our beds take out our trash, refill any supplies that we needed when the kids were swimming had to actually ask the front desk for towels no comforters on beds asked for pillows multiple times never received any extra pillows apparently people left their towels outside in the hallway for them to be taken away and cleaned dirty hallway. There was a men’s bathroom in the entryway that my son said was disgusting no toilet paper feces left in the toilet for multiple days. We only stayed due to already paying and couldn’t find anywhere else in our budget for that same weekend zero out of 10 do not recommend this hote.

Rooms were under construction and the bathrooms were a little rough. Also only had a 1/4 roll of TP and no more rolls in the room. Front desk was left unattended constantly. And there was no continental breakfast. The 3 bagels and thing of stale cereal don’t count for anything. Room keys only worked half the time. For being in such a great location, walking distance to the zoo, it was a let down. Thankful there was a Casey’s across the street and Scooters coffee to take care of breakfast.

This motel was absolutely the worst place ive stayed in a long time. Random man outside on a motorcycle all day and evening. People moving out like they were living in the rooms. Bad odors. No handsoap in bathrooms. No shampoo. Windows can be opened. Over chlorinated pool. Frozen breakfast cooked and sitting for an hour before breakfast hours even open. Everything felt creepy and weird at this place. The people coming in and out looked terrible. Would never recommended or stay there again.

WORST hotel I’ve EVER stayed in. They look like they’re new owners and under renovation, and I HOPE they are, but it’s clear they’re trying to collect revenue any way they can to pay for something that is a year away from actually being open. Room smelled like a pet, holes in walls, lights didn’t work, sheets were distrusting, etc. What a NIGHTMARE.

Terribly misleading. The front of the “hotel” doesn't even have a name on it. Walked in the front door and there was no staff around to check us in for 10 minutes the pool was VERY dirty.

This stay was nothing like we imagined and while the price was nice, it did not outweigh the poor conditions and rude personalities of staff. We will not be staying again.
