Great, however when using hotel engine the front desk doesn’t have a clear idea which room you book.

Nice place to get a good night's sleep.

Never clean room. The picture of the roll or walk in shower on Hotels.com that we reserved was not what we were assigned, but it was clean!

Great location, right next to a Walmart and many restaurants.

The Candlewood suites in the Millard area in Omaha was awesome. I’d like to recognize 2 workers that were extremely sweet and helpful , but they both went above and beyond to accommodate me!!!

The room we stayed in was clean for the most part. The bathroom needed some attention and updates. The tub had clear chunks out of the side and the bottom was very dirty and stained. The bathroom door was so loud to open or close.

Everything was amazing.

Room was clean. Did not offer breakfast.

Comfortable beds, very clean and great kitchen options.

The tub shower has a wall enclosure that is nice in appearance but won’t hold a grab bar due to its texture. Other than that everything was pretty good.

Exceptional

The hotel is clean. We had a suite and it was amazing. The kitchenette was great to have and being able to have ice in our room via the fridge was an added benefit. The hotel and our room was clean.

Proximity to the highway, and shops.

Front desk wasn’t overly friendly and took a long time to process our check in. Also didn’t see any available breakfast in the AM.

Very nice hotel and room was great. Only downside would be limited parking if you have a trailer or Uhaul

We didn’t realize this hotel allowed cats. Thirty minutes in the room and my eyes were itching, red and swollen. We ended up leaving about 8:00 pm and driving home three hours. They would not refund our payment. The room also had a bad odor. We had used one wash cloth and one bowl. Beds hadn’t been touched.

I loved the kitchen, however the elevator stopped working the last 4 days of my trip! staff were nonchalant about it. I will stay at a hotel with daily housekeeping services. Cleanliness is top priority for me. I had to haul 3 suitcases down the stairs at checkout. The gym sanitary wipes were out all 9 days of my stay.
