Front desk wasn’t overly friendly and took a long time to process our check in. Also didn’t see any available breakfast in the AM.

Very nice hotel and room was great. Only downside would be limited parking if you have a trailer or Uhaul

We didn’t realize this hotel allowed cats. Thirty minutes in the room and my eyes were itching, red and swollen. We ended up leaving about 8:00 pm and driving home three hours. They would not refund our payment. The room also had a bad odor. We had used one wash cloth and one bowl. Beds hadn’t been touched.

I loved the kitchen, however the elevator stopped working the last 4 days of my trip! staff were nonchalant about it. I will stay at a hotel with daily housekeeping services. Cleanliness is top priority for me. I had to haul 3 suitcases down the stairs at checkout. The gym sanitary wipes were out all 9 days of my stay.

We found this to be a very nice hotel. The area was quiet and easy access to the highway.

Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.

Great location close to everything. The property seemed more dated than the pictures show. And I didn’t realize there is no buffet breakfast included for that price. Would stay again but would look for other options first.

Dog hair was all over the rooms and had an odor to the room on arrival!! Was able to open the window to ventilate the room which really helped. However, there was a gap in the screen, and a child could definitely be able to push through the screen on the fourth floor. Contacted hotel and they would not give any money back.

The only problem we had was someone's dog pooped in the elevator and my wife didn't see it and stepped on it. We called the front desk and they took care of it. Come on dog owners let's be responsible for your dogs 🐕

The room was good enough, but we couldn't use the gym because kids were in there throwing balls, hanging on the equipment, running around and being loud. This was around 9:30 pm and even the early morning as well. The ice maker in the room didnt work. We also didnt realize there wasn't a continental breakfast. We did get free ground coffee. That was a plus.

Stayed for one night with our small child. The check in was easy. Staff was friendly, and the room was very nice and clean.

Hotel room itself was terrible, slices in curtains dirty and in put together rooms. The front desk staff was nice, but told me they could not make any adjustments since through 3rd party. I don’t know how this place has a 9.2 rating with dated amenities, NO BREAKFAST?, and bad rooms. Definitely would not stay here again,
