Hotel Deco

The staff was great even when their system didn't input our booking.com reservation. They were very professional and fixed it quickly. Everthing was great

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were also clean. Valet was great. I wish they had complimentary coffee, and a bench outside to sit.

The atmosphere and vibe of the older building. The room itself was clean. And the bartender was really sweet! Breakfast was not included, which we knew about. But for $180 dollars a night, you’d think they would offer a breakfast. The night staff weren’t very outgoing, the front desk attendant didn’t explain much about the amenities throughout the hotel. She was very monotone, no personality and didn’t seemed thrilled to be working. But on a lighter note, the staff in the morning were absolutely amazing!

This place is nice, Its very old and art deco with a modern vibe. The room had plenty of space with several window which had curtains that blocked out the light. Temps switched and Heat and Cooling worked well. The service is well at the front desk and there is a nice restaurant I didnt try. There is a speak easy or something next door. Things were clean. I am there for work to work and could not work because the WIFI didn't work. Service would just keep dropping. I had to walk a mile to Starbucks and then back to get online. It was not cool and I would not have stayed somewhere I could not get an internet connection. The TV has a 3rd party remote to Cox basic cable which had limited options to watch. I was not able to connect the TV to the internet to use streaming services.

This hotel is wonderful. The Art Deco influence is seen throughout the hotel. The shower was amazing. It's centrally located and across from the Orpheum theater. We were able to walk to the museums and restaurants. The staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable. nothing

Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff We have had issues with our bill on 2 occasions. An overcharge which eventually got resolved. Then a charge for valet which we didn’t utilize. That charge is still on my credit card Can’t say I would stay there again. Frustrating.

The property was very clean. Staff very helpful. The construction noise in the morning.
