Airport Stay Motel

Room was disgusting. As a traveler, do not be fooled by the “airport” in the name of the motel. It is not close to the airport to be considered an “airport motel”. The bed sheets were stained with who knows what, found human head? Body? Pubic? Hair, in the bed…eeeyyuuckkkk. There were no bath towels. I had it booked for 2 nights. I didn’t even stay a full hour! So nasty. Definitely never coming back!

Dirty floor and toilet, they don’t want to

I didn’t. Stay. I booked this place last min because I drove from Texas . We got there checked in and they gave us a room we went up to the room n the room was dirty. Waited 30 min to get it cleaned . Asked for another room that room the toilet was dripping water the mini fridge was leaking . No toilet paper and the shower curtain looked like there was poop on there. We waited 40 min to get the toilet fixed. Oh and there was holes on the walls. Floors were dirty. Felt so unsafe . Not livable. We left asked for our deposit back and almost didn’t get it. I asked for a refund and she denied us a refund. This is unacceptable. We don’t even stay . We literally waited for them to fix things. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . I still want my refund

Room was not well prepared for stay

This place sucks yes it’s cheap but had no pillows tv didn’t work the shower handle wasn’t work broke off when turnin water on towels

Got a room way in back of property. Wifi is too weak in back and all tv's work on wifi . Television in my room was broke. Bad stay all around.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Horrible front desk help that left me waiting to check in for 45+ min at 1am. Super strange front desk worker, I don’t understand any of her bizarre behaviors. They then tried to check me in to a room that was completely destroyed, no sheets or bedding, ripped up mattresses, broken coffee table, trashed bathroom with evidence of drug use. I don’t think this place is serving actual travelers, I more than suspect their focus is a very different clientele. I did not stay there and will be pursuing a full refund as well as posting photos of this place online.

Staff was rude treat you not like a customer, but a dog as well as other customers where we pay our money in advance but take a long time to get your key cause the staff wants to sleep after you are booking your room,if I could get my room by myself I would. The,standing in 117 degree heat to get your deposit money back no please or thank you like they are doing us a favor,like we are staying on their dime. Remember to have cash for the deposit, and with gas prices you have to run around at 1 -3 am in the morning looking for arms for a deposit. Very sad:( disappointed:( I paid alot of money for a sad stay.avoid this place if possible 😢

Unexpected cash deposit for TV remote contro and electronic card key....they wanted $50 but I only gave them $30. Probably won't use this hotel in the future due to lack of amenities, unexpected deposit and location.

The hotel is very cost-effective. Currently, that is all I can afford, but should Customer Service be sacrificed because we’re purchasing a cheap room? Is there a justification for a lack of customer service just because the room is cheap?? I don’t know. One may ask you that Customer Service comes with the cost and the more you pay the better Customer Service.. secondly, this is the second time that I have rented from this particular hotel. Last night when I tap on the door to enter, somebody exited out of the room that I rented.. imagine my horror opening the door just to have somebody exit some young girl with a backpack on her back, and when she saw the shock on my face, she proceeded to say that somebody told her that that was their room and they left her in there like as if she could not exit of her own free will.. when I notified management and asked for another room. The lady asked me why.? could you imagine the bed look like it was laid in the towels were on the floor and she asked me why I was asking for another room. Then she offered to give me new sheets and towel. She handed to me in my hand to make the bed by myself did not even seem to care much about the fact that somebody was in that room when it should’ve been vacant..
