Room 114 was terrible. Not like the photos, curtains had holes in them, roach in floor, no towels, I ordered a non smoking room but our room smelled like smoke, bed sheets smelled like smoke. I want a full refund.

Great Hotel, spacious room, clean, cold a/c helpful staff

Requested a downstairs room. They didn’t have one so put me upstairs. The upstairs had roaches and had only 1 towel and washcloth. Went to management and told them. Then they said they had a downstairs. So I moved. Door key was broken. Had to get new key every time I came back. The remote did not work for TV The ac ran constantly. I should have gotten a refund for that place!!! Will never stay there again!!!

It’s disgusting and the owners made excuses for the toilet and the city water but still rented the room with this issues I got sick and had to go to the hospital Someone(workers )went in my room and stole all my food items also took a shower I reported it to the office and I also called police no one showed up or did anything. Also my car was hit without any regard from the owners just excuses .. DO NOT STAY HERE ITS SO MUCH TRAFFIC AT NIGHT I have an open case due to getting sick from staying here I didn’t see all of this until the next day and I been to the office 4times

This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever been in. Looks like it had never been cleaned. We did not even stay we left immediately after having a quick look around. The floors have not been cleaned in what seems like a year. Hair, dirt, all over the walls, sheets were dirty. Blankets had holes in them. Sink, tub and toilet were disgusting. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Not Nothing Nothing

Very pleasant staff. They were eager to accommodate my family. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Patel for the great hospitality.

Nothing Property has went extremely down since super 8 rooms are dirty, beds are dirty , towels are old and worn out, they have roaches and other insects in rooms, rooms just fithy and dusty

I did not like to service. It was horrible. I asked for a refund they would not give it to me. It was dirty. It was holes in in the best bread where somebody burnt the mattress. The towel was dingy. The bathroom was dirty. In the corners it just was unclean for me and I feel like I should have gotten a refund because that property is horrible.

The floors are filthy the shower is dirty the towels are old and stained. The staff was not in the office you have to call them to come down to the office.

N/A Very very sketchy. Didn’t even spend the night. We just threw our bags bag in the vehicle and got out of there as quickly as possible, didn’t even stop to ask for a refund. There were warning signs to keep your dead bolt locked for your safety but the dead bolt didn’t even work. I now realize that the pictures on booking.com aren’t even all the same hotel.

Breakfast was not an option I think the hotel needs to be remodeled. The bathroom was very old. Stains were on the shower, toilet, and walls. The room has a smell but you get what you pay for.

The room was the most disgusting room I had ever stayed in. The sheets were stained and it looked like they had crumbs and dirt under the fitted mattress when I was looking for bed bugs... I tried to change rooms but was told they all look like that... The only reason I am giving it a second star is because the receptionist was so kind and amazing. She tried to accommodate me as best as she could, but I could tell she was just there for a job.
