Good location No elevator access

Very big unit. It was great for 5 people. Its like very nice home away from home.

Location to the theme park we visited. Clean but a little outdated. The three piece bathroom downstairs. Overall a great value and friendly staff. I didn't realize this had stairs inside and all the bedrooms were upstairs. I think the pictures online should be updated and the details about the room.

Apartment had everything, kitchen equipment was brand new. Apartment was clean and spacious which suited family of 5 perfectly. Close to Universal and Outlet shopping Nothing to to dislike

The apartment was extremely large and very comfortable. Very well located for Universal. We would have preferred more bars and restaurants to be closer.

Parking area was good. Play area and gym on site. Open environment, with swimming pool We booked two apartments, on arrival we were placed in two different buildings, upon request they finally agreed to to move together in one building. Checkin staff was clueless about many things. Our apartment was facing a big dirty open drainage on the other side of the wall, smelly at times. No house keeping service. we cleaned the apartments ourselves.

Easy to get to most of the parks and back to the airport. Was a very central location. Was super affordable which helped with Uber prices. Staff was absolutely lovely! The sprinklers got us when returning late from the parks but the cool water was amazing after a hot day at the park so not really a complaint (hahaha)

The location was perfect, and it was quiet and clean. Wifi was going in & out

That is was convenient & it was perfect for what we needed was like a home away from home for my family & I. Will definitely be staying here again Not sure if it is because the villa’s are so close to each other but we constantly heard what sounded like other people walking around. Even when no one was walking in ours. But the property is condo style so not really their fault

Love the size of the room, the location, smack in the middle of the city! House was clean and the staff was super friendly! They dont have room cleaning service! I stayed there for 5 nights, and they didn't provide any room cleaning service! It only came with a hefty price of $150 or more

I didn't like having to pay for parking, it should be included.

Too many things to name! Location, Cleanliness, Friendly and helpful staff, etc No directions on using the washer and dryer (had to YouTube), vent in the living room was blowing directly on the couch (no way to redirect), not a lot of space to hold groceries.

Extremely conveniently located for both shopping and park. Onsite facilities were great and well kept You struggled to even perform basic browsing on the wifi

How close it’s for shopping and universal studios There were bedbugs inside our bed!

Nothing! My reservation was cancelled without notice after charging me and they didnt have any other place for us to stay! We had to get another room at a different hotel after we drove for 13 hours because the staff didnt know where I was supposed to go. The front desk gave me a non working number to call! I was told I would get a refund but I never did! Booking has not contacted me! They hang up on me when I call! The fact that I was charged for a reservation that was cancelled without notice! I had a medication that needed refrigeration and it costs $3000 and I had to dispose of it because it got too warm and it was not safe to use! This caused me to lose a life saving medication that I cant buy again! I could potentially die from losing this medication. I will be getting my attorney involved! This is unacceptable! Booking needs to respond!

apartment was a god size; plenty of room for all of us and we appreciated having a 3rd bathroom
