Great Room! Loved How Everything Was Walking Distance. Was Kind Of Bummed There Were No Shuttles To Parks But Lyfts Were Pretty Cheap To Each One!

Was great! The staff are very professional and everything was extremely clean.

Free breakfast and a nice bar in the lobby.

Also, the front desk clerk Eric said there was a mystery discount for the property parking which he lied about. When I spoke to another desk clerk about it he refused to be of any help. Another guest had the same issue. I've had to contact Marriott to straighten out being charged for a violation for parking when I did nothing wrong. Out of all the Marriott properties I"ve stayed at, this is the worst.

Staff was great, and breakfast was always hot and ready! Although the water gallon that is given by the lobby was dirty with foreign black debris and hair. I only noticed after using a coffee cup, which I thought it was because of the coffee cup but it was due to the gallon after looking inside of it.

Even if you are a solo traveler or you do not have a car or plan to spend a lot on transportation. You can literally walk to so many places. Orlando Marketplace is across the street and there is another mall behind that and Orlando Premium outlet is about five minutes walk. I felt safe. The bed was comfortable. I stayed 7 night and room service came every other day to clean.

The location is amazing, really close to the Universal parks and walking distance of the outlets!! Amazing Everything was great honestly

I have only two complaints- the first being the shower design- a standing stall with half of a door causing PUDDLES on the floor just outside of it. My second complaint is having to pay for parking. An additional $130 for our stay just to park was a bit steep, but I suppose on par for that area and convenience to the parks/shopping. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I visit Orlando!

The hotel and the staff were excellent. The Room was extremely clean, spacious. Bathroom was also very clean. They gluten free items available on request for breakfast.

Very quiet and clean though. And close to everything. very high parking fee when our car was just parked right outside of the hotel room.

Very clean spacious room, near shopping mall and Universal theme Parks. Unfortunately there is an additional fee for parking, I did not see any security in the premises. Did see several cameras in the parking area. If you arrive after 3AM (during HHN nights) be advised you may need to park towards the back of the facility. Mc D’s is across the parking lot and Taco bell is around the corner, 7 - Eleven a block down the street. Overall great location, good place to stay.

The stay was fine overall, but I was surprised that we had to pay for parking even though we were only staying for one night. This was the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay separately to park on the hotel premises. It felt a little awkward and unnecessary, as I believe parking should be included for paying hotel guests, especially when the parking is located directly on the property.
