TownePlace Suites by Marriott® Orlando Near Universal

Increíble lugar para hospedarse. Habitaciones muy limpias y modernas. Instalaciones bien cuidadas. Buena ubicación. Personal amable y bilingüe. Pudiera decir que lo que no me agradó es que la sala donde sirven el desayuno es pequeña y se congestiona, pero entiendo que era fin de semana y el hotel también estaba full. Recomendado para vacacionar con niños (ofrecen cunas)

Clean could improve

Friendly staff, great location as it was near Universal theme parks and outlet stores and with many restaurants nearby. Suite was clean, just know it is cleaned every other day but staff could accommodate to your needs. Great experience, will definitely come back!

Elevator is busy and long waiting time. Breakfast area is in chaos. $26 dollar parking fee per night which is not showing online.

Excelente! Quarto espaçoso, tudo limpinho. Senti falta do de um cofre e também de pelo menos uma panela. Tem cozinha novinha, mas nenhuma panela. Tinha sabonete líquido, mas o recipiente não estava funcionando. Breakfast muito bom.

By far very clean and well kept. Everyone very helpful and front desk are professional and great !! Shopping center,food,and so much you can enjoy just by walking around..100!!

The hotel is good. It's great if you come here for shopping. 2 outlets are really close by. You can walk and shop. The hotel is net and clean. Breakfast is okay.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. La habitación estaba muy limpia, cómoda y bien cuidada. El personal fue amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel era tranquilo y está muy bien ubicado para visitar Universal Orlando. También disfrutamos de la piscina al aire libre. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos a otros

The staff was always very nice and helpful when it came to providing clean towels or answering questions. The pool was nice. The hotel was very clean. The room itself was nice. We did want a room for three and the couch in the room did not fold out nor was it large enoigh for a teenager to sleep comfortably. We were disappointed in the breakfast in the morning.

Nice place to stay. Only issue I had that the sofa bed was trash!

Key card was not working, had to go to the front desk 2 times and still didn’t work. Maintenance had to help us back in. Room 526 go look for your self. Since I didn’t take a picture.

Every thing was perfect

While most of the staff was friendly and welcoming, my experience at check-in was disappointing. The young red-haired woman at the front desk, who was wearing a cast on her foot, was incredibly rude. She made no eye contact, didn’t explain any of the hotel amenities, breakfast hours, or complimentary Wi-Fi, and only answered questions when I specifically asked. She was also on a personal phone call with earbuds in and, as we approached the desk, told the person on the phone to “hold on.” It gave the impression that she was more focused on getting back to her personal call than assisting guests. Fortunately, every other staff member I interacted with during my stay was pleasant and helpful. The other area that fell short was breakfast. On the first morning, the eggs were watery and the ham was very dry. The second morning was similar, and to make matters worse, there were no regular dinner plates available, so guests had to use small cereal bowls for their food. For a Marriott property, I found the breakfast to be quite disappointing. On a positive note, the bar offered a good selection of drinks, and the hotel’s location was very convenient, which made getting around easy

Excellent place for persons wanting to do shopping, visit the parks etc. Townplace is an the closest to all these amenities. Only thing I would ask, the bf needs an upgrade for sure. But overall, will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
