Hyatt Place across from Universal Orlando Resort

It was a nice hotel, not too far from the park.

One day of the elevators was out of operation, so with just one working one, it was very slow with the amount of people staying that weekend.

Great location and well maintained. The cleaning staff wasn’t friendly… but I’d probably be cranky if I was her too.

Close to Universal and regular shuttle bus to the Parks. Staff were friendly and attentive. AC was very noisy. Had to switch it off at bedtime

Clean was very room and very spacious. Comfortable bed. The toilet was really small in comparison to the size of the room.

Convenient to Universal Studios The AC didn’t work properly. Took the entire night to cool down the room. Our daughter left a bag from Nike with 2 new sports bras 2 pairs of shorts and a shirt (with receipt inside) in the room accidentally and it was never turned in by whoever cleaned the room. For what you pay, you expect honest employees. That was a 13 year olds summer babysitting money spent to get those items!

This hotel was awesome. It was close to all of the theme parks that I wanted to go to. Customer service was excellent and shuttles was awesome.

I book room via the xpidia and went I got there they gave me a room with a dog inside also charge me again double of what I had paid already to Expedia.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was very convenient for us. I didn’t like the breakfast. It’s not worth the money. You will be better off eating at a restaurant.

Closer to the theme park The property was nice staff was nice but house keeping didn’t clean my room completely but one of the house keepers was nice enough to make sure the room was clean I love everybody from the front desk was very nice over all I give them a 9/10 will book & stay again

The rooms, lobby, dining areas was excellent it had different food options for breakfast and the room was so comfortable and it was an amazing place to stay. The shuttle bus to and from the park was also very helpful for us! I wish the pool were bigger but other than that it was an excellent experience stay at Hyatt Place!

Convenient close to attractions, shopping and restaurants Extremely small bathroom, no place within to turn move without bumping into wall. Unusually small space.
