Residence Inn by Marriott Near Universal Orlando™

Good location and friendly staff Kitchen was not upto the mark. Minor issues. Needed thorough cleaning.

Exceptional

Superb

Great hotel, good breakfast, wonderful staff, great shuttle service Some of the room’s drawers were broken

Everything, there’s nothing I can truly complain about Nothing, this hotel is amazing and staff is great. I will always recommend this hotel to people

Tiene desayuno completo, transporte a los parques, piscina comoda, lavanderia 24 horas. Habitaciones comodas y limpias. Buen servicio, personal accesible y colaboradora. Gran estadia, cero reclamos. Gracias

Location was amazing, theme park shuttle was a blessing. Breakfast was different each day which was great compared to same stuff over and over.

Comfortable rooms, ample parking, decent breakfast

Excellent location. Breakfast was awful! Breakfast was awful

Very good

The location was very good, near Universal Studios and Island of Adventure, two of our destinations. They offered shuttles to the parks, which is a plus, and we used them. The continental breakfast was good; it was the same menu every day, but it was good as they provided the main meal of the day. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, which was a bummer for the person in our group who used it. Also, there was a fan (probably the A/C) that turned on and off constantly during the night and kept us from getting a good night's sleep.

Property is clean, nice location, room was spacious We were told the pool was closed but we went to check and it was still open. My daughter just wanted to take a dip for a few minutes.

Love this place , clean and well maintained about 7 minutes drive to universal studios free parking and complimentary breakfast, rooms are spacious ideal for families

Location, so I found it cheaper to get ride-shares instead of paying for $35 parking fee. Also breakfast (just avoid the turkey sausage). Very cheap if you are with your kids. Nothing. It was a great base to enjoy universal’s parks

Our three day stay was great! Clean rooms, comfy beds, excellent breakfast! My only dislikes were the condition of the pool and inadequate lighting in bathroom for beauty routine. Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

Exceptional

Very convenient parking

Breakfast was very weak and ends too early at 9:30

A bit of a disappointment. Felt very business-like, not very inviting. Despite other travellers rating the breakfast, it was really disappointing with quite a limited choice. Plastic cutlery and paper plates, which all just end up in a bin. What a waste when we are so used to recycling and reusing.

La piscine pourrait être mieux nettoyer, mais globalement, nous avons eu un très beau séjour!
