Residence Inn by Marriott Near Universal Orlando™

The room disgusting and there was mold growing in the shower every single day I asked for it to be addressed annd every single day when returning exhausted from the amusement parks it was not done. Don’t waste your money. It’s not worth it to save the extra bucks.

The room was fine, outdated and little things not working and the pool was closed which was not good. When my daughter would look out the window at the double tree across the pond and see kids playing away in the pool over there

Staff was very helpful breakfast menu can be up graded and ADA rooms can be closer to elevator 9 out of 10 will recommend

Llegas muerto de sed y el hotel no te tiene agua en la habitación, ni en el lobby, deben mejorar eso porque el viajero llega cansado y lo que menos ha hecho es comprar agua para llevar al hotel, Al menos tener una botellita de agua por cada huésped el día que se llega.

Wish they had a scale available in the lobby to determine the weight of the luggage are accurate

The two issues that we had was dealt with immediately!! I would definitely stay there again. The staff at the front desk to housekeeping was always pleasant and welcoming.

The only downside is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy.

The room had bugs in bed. I had two rooms stayed for five nights and garbage was full and had to request for cleaning service no towels change. Horrible. The key didn't work for couple of hours so I missed on my full experience of universal studios

Me encantó el hotel! Super limpio! Super cómodo! Cocina amplia y cómoda con todo lo útil para utilizarla. Nevera grande, el baño Super grande y cómodo! La sala grande! Las camas cómodas, todo! La realidad nos encantó todo! Tiene gym Super cómodo, lavandería, ellos te proveen para lavar y secar. El desayuno demasiado completo, no es un continental sencillo. La verdad, fue la mejor desición al escogerlos.

The personnel was very helpful. I made a mistake booking the room, and they fixed the problem right away. Excellent!!

Super clean, rooms are huge! Staff was very accommodating. Free parking, free breakfast. Seriously great hotel for the cost.
