The personnel was very helpful. I made a mistake booking the room, and they fixed the problem right away. Excellent!!

Super clean, rooms are huge! Staff was very accommodating. Free parking, free breakfast. Seriously great hotel for the cost.

Nice hotel.

Residence Inn was nice, free breakfast, was great! Our stay was for 6 days, room was cleaned only once, despite confirming with the front desk they would clean.. However, over all, it was a very nice room and staff were great!

Alexis Samuels listened to my story the next morning and offered to adjust our bill as a way to make things right and that did make me feel much better. She is an excellent ambassador for your hotel chain.

I’ll talk to you babe. The one blanket is kind of dirty and the one is really good. I will. I would like like half-and-half. One bed is really good. One is dirty so you have a good other than the sofas and kitchen and the floor is really good clean bathroom is also clean. Don’t leave there is two problem. One is the blanket and the hair in the drawers but that is good is OK. Some staff is mean but all other is really good.

Breakfast meet my expectation. Excellent! We can"t say nothing bad about our stay in this hotel.

Good location, close to Universal and shopping centres Room was cleaned only once in 8 nights and we requested cleaning at check in. Had to stay going out to request clean towels, soap and toilet paper each time...

The staff member I checked in with was somewhat dismissive from the start. I informed her that I had requested an early check-in, and her response was, "That doesn't make the rooms clean any faster." Some of the items in the room appeared to be in poor condition. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, and the TV would occasionally switch to the welcome channel by itself. I mentioned these issues to a staff member upon check-out, and I was told that they receive many children due to the proximity to the theme parks, so the situation is what it is.

Room was more spacious than I expected, breakfast was more than the typical “grab n go” breakfast which was also pretty pleasant and the property was very clean. Only thing I would say is that I reserved was a king bedroom however upon checking in I was given a room with 2 queen beds and told that if I really wanted the king bedroom, I can come down the next morning to move rooms. Wasn’t sure what that was about but other than that everything else was fine.

Nice location, clean Uncomfortable and squeaky bed

The service overall exceeded expectations. This will be a good option for next vacation in Orlando. The only issue we faced was getting change for the laundry, It would be great to upgrade the equipment so you could pay with credit/debit card.
