Nothing I made a reservation from the 25 to the 28th of July which I paid in full with the reservation number: 5666682714 using my membership with Booking. I arrived on the 25th at night to the Hotel expecting something totally different of what I was supposed to get, I usually book at Confort Inn or Fairfield but because the app offered me a special mobile secret deal and a $20 dollar off discount I was happy to accept the deal. To my surprise I was just DECEIVED! From the moment I've arrived everything was looking awfully out of normal, people smoking marihuana and cigarettes everywhere at the parking lot sitting on the sidewalks or simply sitting on the pavement or in portable chairs with phones in a very awkward attitude. I was looking for a close place to park my card feeling insecure and nervous. Then I went in to the reception area to do my check in, and the reception counter was just dirty imposible to even put my handbag or hands, then I realize a heavy smells of Clorox that then I found was on the handles of the door and who knows in which other places else. The receptionist which I admire working in an environment like this she was actually very nice and kind wearing latex gloves like someone working on a E-R room. I give her my reservation and while waiting for my key the smell to Cloro and cigarettes was just awful. The people staying at the Hotel and outside they look weird and no for a family enviroment or nothing related of what's published on the app. About the room: The app says and I quote: "...is located in Orlando and specially designed for longer stays with all rooms featuring a fully equipped kitchen...

everything is perfect the don't be in your business at all long has you pay on time ..they care about they guess .....the girls down at the front desk is sweet ....they are very cool and care about they guess everything good

The hotel staff were very kind & polite but the property isn’t properly maintained, the listing said their would be breakfast included & there wasn’t any not even coffee

It was awful.. honestly money wasted. Would have rathered slept in my car than go stay there again. As soon as i arrived (late check-in) the smell of marijuana penetrated my car . Wierd people outside in the dark chain smoking cigarettes. Butts everywhere btw.. front desk was closed , had to call to get someone to come greet me . Lobby smelled like wet dogs. As soon as i got in my room the refrigerator was a sight for sore eyes. It was a rusted nd old and dirty looking and very displeasing . Room smelled funny . Toilet seat was broken and there stains in the shower. WOULD NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN !!

The hotel was dirty, run down, looks like it's a flop house. The halls were a mess, the room I was in was disheveled.

There was a really really bad roach problem. The whole time that I was there nobody came up and sprayed I let them know there was a lot of noise up above me it was miserable. The staff did make up for it on the assistant manager and Josh they were all really good so even though I had a really bad roach problem in my room and I just knew if I moved it was going to be the same way so I didn't even move rooms Roaches

Arrived at midnight to property and a woman in a trenchcoat attended me. She gave me two key key cards which didn’t work. Then I went to the desk. She jumped over the counter and tried to reconnect my cards to my room, then told me only one card will work. She could not get both cards to work. Police came two nights in a row to the property. There was marijuana smell throughout the hotel, hallways, and outside. It looked like homeless people we’re staying at this property I felt unsafe and I felt that my daughter was unsafe. Breakfast is basically a Basket with two different types of muffins and granola bars. One coffee machine, then my room had not been vacuumed or swept in. God knows how long the walls were. All dirty. Plaster was off the walls. The stove had never been clean. The microwave had not been cleaned ever. I have pictures to prove all of this, and I spoke to a wonderful assistant manager, who said that she would take care of this at the time of my departure. There was only one cart in the entire place for a guest to use to load and unload packages. We had four towels, and when we went to the front lobby to ask for more, they told us we had to drop off these towels, so they would wash them and return them to our room door. This never happened. Therefore, we had no towels until we went back and asked, for the towels we dropped off. They were not delivered to our room. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay here. This is not a place for tourist. Coming to Orlando

Nothing. I’m so upset at my self for not taking pictures. First of all my room smelted awful, microwave only worked on popcorn setting, no tv remote, mattress was broke not comfortable. The floor in kitchen was sticky and gross, opened a drawer there where dirty wash clothes , pee under toilet set. For the worst part I swear there was man’s seamen on the elevator was and the window on the 3 rd floor at the end of the hall. I woke up at 6 am and walked outside to a black man sleeping in a lawn chair in the parking lot. And I swear Jeffery Dahmer uncle came whistling down the hallway stops looks at my daughter ass then starts walking and whistling. No place for kids scary Everything they need some management and employees who care.

The staff was nice and shout out to people in the front! Keep up the great work!
