Extended Stay America Suites Orlando Theme Parks Major Blvd

Arrived at midnight to property and a woman in a trenchcoat attended me. She gave me two key key cards which didn’t work. Then I went to the desk. She jumped over the counter and tried to reconnect my cards to my room, then told me only one card will work. She could not get both cards to work. Police came two nights in a row to the property. There was marijuana smell throughout the hotel, hallways, and outside. It looked like homeless people we’re staying at this property I felt unsafe and I felt that my daughter was unsafe. Breakfast is basically a Basket with two different types of muffins and granola bars. One coffee machine, then my room had not been vacuumed or swept in. God knows how long the walls were. All dirty. Plaster was off the walls. The stove had never been clean. The microwave had not been cleaned ever. I have pictures to prove all of this, and I spoke to a wonderful assistant manager, who said that she would take care of this at the time of my departure. There was only one cart in the entire place for a guest to use to load and unload packages. We had four towels, and when we went to the front lobby to ask for more, they told us we had to drop off these towels, so they would wash them and return them to our room door. This never happened. Therefore, we had no towels until we went back and asked, for the towels we dropped off. They were not delivered to our room. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay here. This is not a place for tourist. Coming to Orlando

Clean and nice staff.

Terrible accommodations. Dead roach in dresser, no silverware, pots, or pans in the included kitchen, empty hole where the microwave was supposed to be and a rust bucket of a refrigerator. Terrible smelling and a God awful breakfast of old machine coffee and gas station muffins. Not worth returning.

Should clean the property , it’s very dirty

Had to pay and get another place. Disgusting, no cups.for grab and go no dishes, that was sent I got it in the first place. Said it was all on order, really went would you not have anything.!!!

Nothing. I pulled into the dark parking lot and then drove out. I did not feel safe staying there with the clientele that were hanging at the entrances and parking lot.

Let me start out with the solitary positive. The one redeeming factor of the entire place was the very nice lady who checked us in.

The hotel is one if the older ones and was not really clean. Did not even bother the check the free breakfast that was included. Just wanted to get out as fast as possible.

I like nothing. We did not stay there, the hotel reeked of marijuana, people vomiting outside the hotel a bad stink.

Nothing Bugs all over the door and crawling into it. They refunded me they saw the bugs too

Nothing Roaches

Location THE ROOM HAD ROACHES AND DOG HAIRS WAS IN THE SHEETS ON THE BED!!!!???

They have the room just like their pictures on their website, empty! No food!

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. We stayed overnight, checked in a little late. The front desk guy was really nice. He mentioned grab and go breakfast and coffee. Unfortunately. At 8am, there was nothing available to eat when we went down. Not even enough coffee cups. The room was very comfortable, but there was a live roach in the bathroom, the shower pressure was terrible and the black out curtains barely covered the window.

It is not a hotel. People live there. Some people have lived there for years. It is not a hotel. The guy working at the "front desk" was amazing but he was the other good thing about it.

Great just wished they had actual food options to choose from
