Location. I took 57 photos of things wrong in the room. I had been told by the office (on the day I checked in) that maintenance would be at the room to repair something, but they never showed up. A week+ after being there the manager showed & said he was putting us out. He said he had received complaints & claimed someone in our room had stolen from another room. He claimed to have video. I asked why no one from the office came to me to complain at first & he stated that he was on vacation & his staff does not do that if he's not there. I said if they had told me of the complaint I could have prevented it's repeat & that I did not need the complainer identified, just the complaint. He still would not tell me the complaint! As to his claim of video showing me the theft & who did it, he would not show me it. I advised him to therefore call the police so they could determine whether a theft happened & who to arrest. The manager refused. Under Florida law, if a motel kicks a renter out, the motel must refund money paid for days not used. It took 4-5 days & 2 phone calls to receive the refund.

The hotel was infested with roaches not to mention infested with Mold and there was a lot of weird perverted man walking around couldn’t even enjoy my morning with my baby boy because random guys kept approaching me I felt unsafe the worst experience ever. The roaches, the mildew and all the perverted guys that were walking around the parking lot.

It was a 30-40 minutes walk to the Valet Security entrance for CityWalk and the parks. There were many evening with guest in the next room were very loud and obnoxious. The noise went on from midnight to 5:00 AM. On one night the police were actually called 2 times. I had a total of 4 nights of quiet.

During business hours came in and sign was at the door temporarily closed Went to pickup my guest from the airport and came in after 7 pm and office was closed for the weekend So lost today night, sat night and Sunday night Monday came in and booking was canceled So I had to go across the street pay double for 2 week stay

when they told me it was sprayed monthly for pests I thought i wouldnt see any. When i found out my room was supposedly sprayed the week before my arrival, i figured i wouldnt see any pests. I felt like i was being stalked by cockroaches. The whole place felt dirty. Like, the shower doesn't leave you clean, just ... greasier. There was a large gap in the door and i ended up buying cans of RAID to keep the bugs away but the last straw was when i woke up with one on my bed, running away from me. Even after going through an entire large can of Raid. I even bought my own cleaning supplies but it was such a losing endeavor i booked another hotel entirely and abandoned this one. Never again. Long stay rentals in the orlando area are DISGUSTING. literally everything was terrible except the staff tried to be nice and the location was convenient. Pretty sure i got mold sickness from the room, along with the fear of cockroaches crawling in my mouth while i slept.
