The staff here have been phenomenal . Eric and Devin have been wonderful and Isaac has been tremendous.

The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was a different thing, it was old and had a bad smell to it, the lights flickered when turned on and there were roaches in the room. The room looked very different from the picture online.

The price; It somehow fits within our budget. The location was okay, close proximity to my meeting venue. We had to ask for a change of room (2) two times. (The first two were NOT smelling clean and welcoming.) Room 3: The microwave is rusty and stripping on the inside. (Room 304) The fridge needs cleaning (The seal around the door, and the door itself has mildew. The oven was filthy with left over food fasten to the inside. The bathroom smells like sewage scent escaping into the space. There are small roaches in the room. We were killing roaches daily. There was garbage on the floor under the staircase, which was there for days as it's obvious that it was not being cleaned. There was leaking in the lobby, garbage bins were put in place to collect water. The inner main door was often stuck at nights. I was really disappointed!! PS. If I knew this survey was coming, I would definitely have taken some pictures. All the above can be verified if that location is visited by someone from the head office.

It’s traffic in out the building fighting cops call 6 times and she’s aware of everything of what’s going on then to have her family living there and not paying and not doing nothing bout men stand by exit doors when coming out no cameras no surveillance rooms smell like mold ac don’t work

Only person i thought was good was Issac front desk I didn't like the human trafficking that they have going on in the hotel and i emailed the fake Gm and his cosign Blanca know what's going on in the hotel the place is so dirty and this place used to look good and be clean and now they let anybody stay there. There was cops there every day and night blood on the walls and if you don't believe just go there look at the stairwells no security there. The doors are left open on the side, and anybody can come in there. When you make a complaint long behold Blanca with her lying tail, she will call her boss and tell a lie and as soon you say something she want to call the police and trespass you. Please tugging on your door at night and when you report it nothing is done

The pool and that is it. Well, first, it didn't look anything like the pictures on booking.com. Second, we get there and they didn't give us a room that we paid for so we asked the change the room. Then they changed us to a another room due to the air conditioning leaking in the room below. So, they told us they had to move us into a different room. Well at the third room, it then had cockroaches. I reported the cockroaches asked for a refund, they would not give me a refund. We couldn't afford to stay anywhere else for the week vacation becasue it was already $800 for the week. l Lastly, the majority of the people that were there were people who have been there for a very long time (hence the extended stay title) were smoking, very loud, and it stunk like poop and weed. When we finally left, because we were there for just a week vacation, I asked for a refund and haven't heard anything back yet.
