We didn’t have any problems with the hotel. Location is convenient to restaurants. Breakfast was good.

Stayed for the weekend! Close to Universal! Staff is helpful, room was clean, breakfast was delicious! Will stay again!

The pool was nice for a quick dip before the rain started. The breakfast was good. The 'shuttle' to Universal left at 8am only once per day, not helpful to us at all! We would have preferred to have time for breakfast then take a bit later shuttle, at 9am. Perhaps offering a shuttle once an hour for a few of the morning hours. Again, only 1 return shuttle in the evening, would be nice to have more options, there, too.

I liked that it was close to Universal and Disney and I also enjoyed the clean rooms. I thought the same breakfast everyday was boring there should be different things on different days

Quiet and comfortable. The coffee station is only open on weekends. Thought that was odd. The lady that stocks the breakfast area is quite rude.

Staff was friendly The pull out couch bed was awful. It had springs that poked through. I purchased a blow up mattress due to not being able to use the couch bed.

They only have a shuttle twice a day to universal, and the times do not make sense. The elevator is terrifying (buttons do not light up). The door does not shut completely, you have to make sure you pull it completely shut. Also the space between the door and the frame is so large, you can see light coming through. The staff was not friendly either. The pool was extremely dirty (no net around to get the bugs out or I would have). Also, breakfast was very stale, the food tasted old.

Breakfast & coffee were good. AC working fine, the room has a fridge, microwave and a vault. They were clean. The facility has a washer and dryer for your convenience. We were 15-20 minutes from all parks, 20 min from Disney Springs. Uber prices were between $9-$15.00 at the most. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again, 5 days for a bit over five hundred dollars. Save the money for the parks that are very expensive.
