Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nearest Universal Orlando by IHG

Hello I think the ladies working in the food area could be nicer and helpful

.

Staff was super helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, although the sofa bed is a bit tiny. The bathroom was dated but clean.

Outdated, cleanliness

I got really bad allergies from the room and there was a scorpion on the carpet on one of the nights.

Location, breakfast, parking Bed sizes, too small

Front desk staff both friendly and professional.

Accessibility to Universal Studios Bathroom sink was stopped up… Very dated room… Showerhead barely worked

The room for the most part was clean except the bathroom. On a ledge in the roll in shower we had there was someone's hair .. that grosses me out to no extreme. Also, the shower drain would back up real quick causing the water to go everwhere in the bathroom and you would be standing in your own dirty water. EWWWW! you had to turn the water off between shampooing, conditioning, shaving and body washing. I told the front desk a couple of times but got nowhere.

Pleasant

Good

I loved the snacks.

Excelente hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, el servicio fue excelente y el desayuno estuvo muy bueno. Todo estuvo súper limpio y cómodo. ¡Definitivamente volvería!

Todo bien

This property has a nice pool and courtyard with lounge chairs. It is a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

Not kids friendly

The room was clean staff very nice a couple staff were hard to understand at times but that's ok. My wife and I Ubered from the airport. Free basic breakfast spread. Overall basic. No frills, but ok for a three day weekend but if I need it again it's there I won't go out of my way to stay there again.

Superb

It’s 5-10 drive from universal and 10 mins from epic. The shower will leak causing the bathroom tile to be wet .

I would stay there again but i just which that the double beds were queen size because the bed were not big but comfortable. Breakfast was great. Next time i would get the kind size bed with a sofa bed for my daughter.
