Comfort Suites Near Universal Orlando Resort

It was clean and staff was great. Specially the front desk. Food was great as way.

The ladies with the cooking staff were wonderful. Very nice and kept everything so clean and the food was great. Location was great!! There were ants in the room.

Beautiful location clean comfortable room The pull out bed could have been more comfortable it would be good for kids but not adults

I didn’t like much We have problem with Ac unit and the water damage pipe . They cut the water service

The location The bathroom sink was clogged. It always filled up every time we used the sink. The bathroom could have been cleaner too.

Great for families. Hot breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The break fast Shower leaked and the toilet didn’t flush very well

Hotel is in a good location for universal. Breakfast was good. Not enough storage in rooms for clothes.

It's convenient to the parks and offers breakfast. We got the first floor room and it was musty smelling and had ants crawling up & down the walls. I complained but the front desk young woman was a bit annoyed and ask for pictures of the ants. She finally decided to switch my room to the 4th floor. So we moved and the only thing annoying was the t.v. it didn't work most of the channels didn't work and kept freezing so bad couldn't watch much it kept on freezing every minute. Other then that the rest was okay.

Though the bus comes to Holiday Inn, which is like a 3 min walk. Breakfast was horrible. No locker in the room.

Everything was great, the location, the ladies at Check in and the breakfast was great. We have a few Orlando trips and plan to stay here in the future.

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again
