Comfort Suites Near Universal Orlando Resort

Superb

Very good

Great location close to universal and still very quiet. The staff was great, beds really comfortable and the breakfast was fine overall. For the entire week we were there, the elevator button at our floor was broken so we had to walk down one floor to use it.

Very kind staff and everything was clean

The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The free breakfast was delicious.

Exceptional

Necesita una pequeña renovación, pero el desayuno 10/10 y el personal 10/10.

Exceptional

Close to the theme park. Clean, friendly staff. Slightly older facility and showers. Great quality for budget friendly options in the area so I cannot complaint at all. However, a renovation would be great.

I really liked the staff, Customer service, The great breakfast, the availability for early check in and late check out, spacious rooms, clean rooms, rapid help to our door from guest services late at night. The phones weren't working well my last day, I had to go downstairs to ask a question. During breakfast the extra room they opened for seating smelled very bad and bugs were flying around, Toilet in bathroom was dirty and sink to brush teeth was dirty, A/C wasn't the best.

Good

Everything and everyone No fan in bathroom and shower low water pressure

On the plus side, there is parking and the location is good for Universal, with a shuttle/bus stop nearby. The hotel is already quite dated and definitely looks better in the photos than in reality. The room was okay, but overall the place needs some renovation and better maintenance. The elevator button on the 4th floor was not working properly, which was really annoying with luggage. The biggest minus was the staff. Both check-in and check-out were unpleasant. The man at reception was not helpful, kept rolling his eyes and seemed annoyed every time we asked something. It really felt like we were bothering him just by asking normal questions. For this price, I expected much better service and a better standard.

Easy access to outdoor pool. Breakfast was different each day. The staff gave my son’s family and me close rooms to accommodate us.

room was very clean and breakfast had great options
