Great room for the price. Perfect for our 4 night stay while visiting Universal Studios.

Great value. With fridge and microwave. Fantastic swimming pool. Easy parking. No cutlery or crockery provided. Shuttle bus too small for the number of guests many were left behind. Breakfast great but area way too small for the number of guests. Please open for longer or enlarge the area, add tables etc.

The front desk staff is always nice and friendly. We did not complain , because I checked in early. But the bed was not made well like I’m used to in the main building and the sheets had brown spots on them, but they were clean.

limpieza comodidad ubicacion y staff perfecto ofrecen transporte gratis para los parques de universal pero no llega a Epic que es el parque n uevo y solo tiene un horario am y uno pm para univesal citi walk deberian modificar por lo menos 1 ruta a los parque am medio dia y pm y noche
