La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Universal area

Walls are way too thin for a good night’s sleep. I stayed on the 3rd floor of the second building and heard guests slamming doors all night long. Will not be staying here again.

The room was clean and quiet for the most part

It was just ok . The front desk staff is not friendly at all.

The staff was very welcoming

Very easy to check in. We were able to do early check in after disembarking our cruise.

There can be a better selection/options for breakfast.

The pool was great. Beds were comfortable.

Accesible Pool not useable. Outdated. Breakfast was good but needs more variety.

Very good service were recommended again as well as stay there again if in Orlando

Great location, nice rooms, staff pleasant Wifi terrible. Needed to work remotely part of the day, could not from the room due to lack wifi reception. I asked about the issue at the front desk & was told the wifi can be “glitchy”

Food was typical hotel food, edible and hot. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean if a little old and careworn.

Close to universal Little warm

Hotel was exactly what we needed very close to universal. Staff were great, breakfast was exactly what I'd expect for the price and room was clean and tidy.

Breakfast was good and generous. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

On all my vacations, this is the hotel. I stay in love the staff always clean and they’re always available and the plus there’s coffee 24 hours. ❤️
