lovely stay for a quick night before universal!

Excellent value especially for the affordable price. Most other hotels in this range in my experience make you feel like your staying in the budget option hotel, sometimes not even providing free water other than the tap. This hotel was clean, classic, friendly, easy in and out, always someone available to help, and so conveniently located to all the parks and downtown. Top tier for an incredibly competitive price.

Breakfast was good Great Location for Universal!

The room smelled moldy. We asked the front desk to provide a fan. They said they would or just move us. Neither happened and we both had a horrible sleep.

Breakfast was fine for 2 out of 3 of our party. Waffles were only pumpkin flavored something someone in our party couldn't eat so maybe meat but doesn't eat sausage...lol. Would have taken a danish but all gone😞. Coffee.... empty and hadn't been remade yet. So, you guessed it. No coffee. I could understand if we came down at the end of service but we came down at 730 so fair to say we should have had some more choices. All I know is I understand pumpkin for the fall season but do half and half no everyone can have pumpkin when all they wanted was waffles. Oh, I forgot one really crazy detail. A guest forgot his key in his room he went to the front desk and said I am in room *** and I forgot my key. No name asked no Id the gentleman just gave him a key. The guest was sooo upset that your staff would do that and so are we. But the room was clean everyone was nice. The distance from the park was great just some hiccups that do matter too.

No complaints. Breakfast was included in the room but we did have breakfast there. We woke up past 0930. Breakfast ended at 0930 on weekdays. Overall it's a good place if you just need a place to sleep. Also, free wifi and parking. Can't beat that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and proximity to Universal Studios was perfect for our needs. Room was very clean and housekeeping was very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Well maintained hotel. Good breakfast selection. Super shuttle service with multiple runs in the morning and the evening to the Universal parks. Is also walking distance to City Walk if you miss the shuttle.

The staff truly were the standouts of this hotel. I had an issue with the hotel I was staying in the night before and definitely appreciated them being able to do an early check in. Don’t get me wrong the hotel is starting to show some age and had that Florida smell

Room was very humid and smelled damp. Visible mold and mildew in the bathroom. No trash bags provided with trash cans, and we had hygiene products to dispose of. First floor rooms back up right to the pool; sound wasn’t an issue but street lamps and outdoor lighting were very bright, even with curtains closed. The lighting for the bathroom was a small light over the mirror, so it was pretty dim and hard to see. Beds and towels were clean. TV was large and had smart features. It was an OK stay for the price; shuttle and breakfast were good.

Breakfast was decent. The hotel served its purpose. Room had a funky smell to it- which I think was from the A/C.

Something that stood out for me was that when I opened the door to my room, the room smelled so clean and fresh, it smelled good and that was the first impression which I loved! The room was spacious, bed comfortable , pillows and the small fridge was a plus, I also love the fact that in the lobby there is a microwave for guests to use and since we had leftover food I was able to heat it up with no problem , great location and the free parking is a super plus!!!!! At check out Glorymar was super nice Overall, great stay and will definitely consider staying there again

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us all the information we needed even scheduled our shuttle to universal which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of food. The room was always clean as well as the lobby and halls.
