The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, as was the breakfast staff. My complaint is that I never received housekeeping service in the room. We stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights, and no one ever came to clean. We had to ask the front desk for towels and other necessities.

They allowed me to have breakfast when I arrived and stored my bags while I waited for check-in. They got me a room and I was able to check in early, I paid an additional cost. They also had Universal staff assisting with admission and transportation to the Universal theme parks. The only thing I did not like is that I had to tell them that I had removed the "Do not disturb" sign and that they did not go to clean the room that day.

Over all wonderful property and great staff. So things were slightly out dated. The elevator was a little glitch at times.

The breakfast was ok. The property made it sound like there was a shuttle all the time but it was very specific on times.

Personal muy atento y amable. Excelente desayuno bufet y muy variado. Cerca de áreas para comer y cerca de Universal Studios. En las noches regresaba caminando (20 min aproximadamente.) porque esperaba q cerrara el parque, pero el hotel tenía transportación ida y vuelta varias horas en la mañana y noche.

The staff here was amazing! Breakfast was also great. The room smelled extremely musky each time we entered which was a little off putting. This property could definitely use a serious renovation but overall we were satisfied.

Reservé 2 habitaciones, una para mi y otra para mi hija y su esposo. Tuve que cancelar mi habitación en el segundo día porque el aire hacía un ruido que no te dejaba dormir, el mattres tenía un hoyo en el medio y las almohadas parecían sábanas dobladas. El fitted estaba sucio y en el baño habían pelos negros y nosotros no tenemos pelo negro. La nevera del cuarto se congelaba y hacía ruido. La habitación de mi hija se la hicieron en días alternos. El desayuno era aceptable. Te daban galletas riquísimas al hacer check in. Hay personas que hablan Español. Incluye estacionamiento gratuito. Me da mucha lástima tener que dejar esta reseña, pues el personal es muy bueno. Te atienden con esmero. En realidad mi queja es por el mantenimiento y facilidades del hotel. Deben remodelarlo o hacer algo para cambiar el inventario. Al cancelar la reserva, fueron muy receptivos e inmediatamente solo cobraron las 2 noches de 5 que me quedé.

The staff was friendly, but under staffed.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine en juillet et wow !! Nous sommes agréablement surpris par l’hôtel. Super bien situé à quelques pas de Universal et avec le service de navette super bien organisé, nous avons adoré. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Je recommande fortement cette hôtel.

Amazing! Free parking and breakfast. Close to Universal and Outlets. Such an amazing hotel bbs you should stay here.

That day we could not get an early check in but they allow us to take the shuttle offer by them to go to our Park and come back with them at the end of the day. Rooms are spacious and breakfast have good selection and delicious. Will come back.

Clean room professionals staff

Es un hotel que necesita renovación. Las habitaciones necesitan mayor atención en limpieza. Tuve la mala experiencia de encontrar un chinche en la cama que me provocó múltiples picadas que luego se infectaron. El hotel me rembolsó el dinero por la estancia, pero sin duda no volvería a hospedarme aquí.
