The room was clean and well-stocked. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they have a desk where park tickets can be purchased right inside the hotel. The free park shuttle was very convenient--just be aware there is no phone number for the shuttle nor the kiosk. Hotel staff was great. The only complaint I would have is the parking -- it's about $35 a night and I couldn't get out with the card the front desk gave me and had to go back inside to get help. Ah, and I almost forgot we could not get the air conditioning to change temperature in the room and it got so cold we had to just turn it off.

Very disappointing experience. We were told our room keys would also allow us to enter and exit the parking gate, but they never worked. After reporting the issue, we were given new room keys, yet those didn’t work either. Every single time we needed to get in or out of the parking lot, we had to call for assistance because of the hotel’s system issues. To make matters worse, the staff member who answered each time sounded irritated and inconvenienced by having to help us, even though the problem was entirely on the hotel’s end. Having to repeatedly ask for assistance, combined with the poor attitude we received, made for a very frustrating and unpleasant stay. Customer service should make guests feel welcomed, not like they’re a burden when reporting problems caused by the hotel. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms were nice. There’s a very clean property and the convenience to everything that we did was amazing.

Very spacious pool, nice views from the hotel, and very helpful staff. They have a decent breakfast buffet for the price and the hotel itself is in the middle of all the various types of entertainment.

Hôtel très propre et très confortable. Dejeuner dispendieux.

Hotel was clean from the outside in! Staff was friendly. The kids loved the pool

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. I would have happily given the hotel 5 stars if the few maintenance issues I mentioned had been addressed. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this Double tree. The location to the theme parks was great. It was close to some shopping and exterior eating places as well. There were several places to eat at the hotel if you didn't want to leave. The pool area was clean the water was clear and warm. I didn't go in the gym but I did see it was well equipped with weights and cardio equipment. There is an arcade on premises but I didn't have time to go in and play. The staff was great. I met a worker named GiGi. She was full of smiles and happiness. I used the shuttle to get to and from the theme parks. Make sure you reserve seats before trying to board. My room was clean. I ran out of TP and asked at front desk and they sent a roll within minutes by maintenance. I always saw people cleaning and wiping down things and mopping and keeping things in order. If there was anything bad about the hotel it would be that I didn't like the daily parking fees. I think it's for people that might park there that weren't guests. Maybe charge a 1 time fee of $50 per stay? Other than that..everything was great and I highly recommend this place and I hope to stay there again whenever I come back to Orlando.

Shuttle services don't make sense as timing was not aligned to park closing. Very uncomfortable
-
They do housekeeping at 5::pm is not helpful at all. and they told me about the extra charge for the parking lot $35 a day when I was checking in .
-

Pool perfect for vacations
-
The hotel is right across from universal, 20 min walk or quick uber ride. The pool onsite is nice and spacious. Food was expensive, but there are some cheaper options close by.
-
The rooms were clean and the lobby areas were clean. The laundry area was under construction so we did not get to use it. Also I rained every evening during my stay so the pool was closed off.

Very clean, out door pool and breakfast was amazing
