Courtyard by Marriott across Universal Orlando

It was a clean, & convenient hotel, if you’re visiting for Universal Studios. The hotel is about 5-10 minutes away from the park. Staff is helpful.. the wings are very good, but they are $17 for 8 😂😂😂…

We love to stay here. We stay when my son has to be over for his drs or hospital stays. So we are over there a lot. We chose here so that my 27 and 15 year old daughters can walk over to universal.

the room was clean however there was a chip in the ceiling and the carpet could’ve been a little more cleaner , the only thing i’m really disappointed is that , there was only a mini fridge but no microwave the only microwave is in the lobby across from the bar maybe there could’ve been a microwave on each floor instead of one microwave for the whole 10 floors for the hotel which wasn’t as clean since it is the only one , other than that it was a great stay, pool was big hotel was clean .

Best hotel next to Universal!!! Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Clean Room and hospitality

My room 417 on 8/19 smelled very bad,but because of an event I was attending I did not have time to change it. To make things worse I was never told that breakfast and parking was not included. I don't mind paying but you have to let me know before I chose your hotel, otherwise is false information like you have low rates because is like hiding fees. Front desk lady excuses by saying "it is on the website ",but most of the reservations are made through third party selling websites. It is your duty to tell me ahead of any fees when I check in.

Not vrry clean, but the staff changed the room for us twice, so we could feel comfortable.

No organization, shuttle doesn’t have a good schedule. Staff doesn’t know anything pertaining to shuttle schedules the lady that runs it leaves at 2:30pm smh we had to pay for Ubers. Upon arrival the front desk staff didn’t want to allow up to check in early until we spoke with the manager then a room became available. And last but not least they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!!

Property is understaffed . Was told breakfast is included , however it is not . Front Desk clerk allowed us to purchase laundry detergent, only to find out that non of the machines were working (inoperative both days of stay ). Was informed to come back to front desk morning of check out for a refund , only to not get a refund but a partial credit that I could apply towards breakfast . Game room machines were partially working . Property is convenient for universal parks but not worth it

Great location

The location was good There were ants all over the room we stayed in. My partner woke up with a couple bites on him before realizing there were ants all over the table between the beds.
