Courtyard by Marriott across Universal Orlando

This is definitely a no frills hotel (room) with frills-type amenities at the hotel. Kind of strange. Excellent seemingly high end food/restaurant, pool and gym; with broken down elevators, average room and tiny old worn down bathrooms. Parking is fine, and the access to the park makes this hotel worth it! A fun unexpected side note, the hotel is connected to TGIFridays. That ended up being our go-to.

Clean room nice staff great parking

Very nice place to stay if you’re attending Universal Studios Orlando.

We had parking issues and couldn’t get out after we paid for parking and it took a while before staff was able to let is out. This was our main problem and shower and bath faucet came off when taking a shower and had to get maintenance to fix and took along time to get towels when asked for them.

Great location and staff

Located was great. Walked to some food locations within a few mins. Hotel was clean and had nice amenities. I will definitely be back again for my next trip to Orlando.

Room was clean..pool area was good..I loved that they had an arcade and laundry room..it was like being at home but with luxury amenities..I’m definitely coming back..I Quianna was very nice..give her a raise!! Lol

Close to Universal Studios and several amenities available on site. Hallways weren’t cleaned in a timely manner. Some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful while others made me feel like an inconvenience.

The resort was recently renovated and looks great! Super easy to walk to Universal too!!

The staff were friendly. Courteous, and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. It was family friendly.

Everything was great except I forgot some clothing and I haven’t heard back from. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Loved the rooms very clean very nice. Is it weird I love an ice machine? They got em! Staff is helpful and friendly. For the price this is a no brainer. Close to universal but a bit down the road from epic. Just keep that in mind!

The staff was excellent. Murph was very courteous and friendly.

The property staff was amazing and helpful. We had to change rooms and spelt my glasses. Staff was great at finding them for me.

Awesome property enjoyed my stay.
