Courtyard by Marriott across Universal Orlando

It was convenient to universal studios. There were some signs of wear and tear. Nothing major, but shower curtain was missing some snaps. The chain to the lever to flush the toilet broke. They were quick to fix it.

Room really clean and staffs friendly

Staff was 10/10. Very friendly and helpful. The room was less than desirable. The drain was broken in the tub. There was a crack on the bottom of the tub (large enough for a water bug to crawl in the bathroom). There was a large wet spot on the carpet. The AC unit maybe needed fixing as it left our clothes and bedding damp.

2 el personal de recepción nada amable 3 el área de restaurante muy incomoda 4 nunca llego poe nosotros el transporte del parque Epic Universal al hotel tuvimos que tomar Uber

Walking distance to Universal. Love that!

They remolded and it’s very nice. Lots of options for food and drink. Issues with the front door

Comfortable beds! Huge room. Coffee/good, (although not complimentary)breakfast options Long line/wait at check in. Musty smell throughout halls.

Do not stay here! The top blanket had dirt all over it, very dirty. The staff was very rude. I checked in at 6pm for a 4pm check in time and they said my room was still not ready. I had just been at the theme parks all day and was from out of state so this was unacceptable.

Congrats! The renovation is amazing. The rooms look great and all staff since the moment we arrived at the front desk to housekeeping were all very professional.

It was really good overall, close to the parks and friendly staff.

Very clean, They gave us fresh bedding when needed and fresh towels everyday. I highly recommend to stay. Will use in the future. Very affordable as well for all the amenities we received

Close proximity to Universal. Great shuttle.
