Hyatt House across from Universal Orlando Resort

The breakfast met my expectations, and all the hotel staff are very kind.

Breakfast was average

The rooms was nice spacious!! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. The breakfast was okay..typical contentinel breakfast…but for picky eater they put things in the eggs that’s no good for us picky eaters..but other than that I would stay again and again!!! Very close to universal!! But I wouldn’t book this place if I intended to walk it’s a bit further to the crossing bridge than the double tree..we ended up driving and paying parking at universal and paying parking at reality..keep that in mind and it’s 35.00 per day is what we was charged

This hotel was quiet and clean with a nice pool and good breakfast included. 5 minutes from Universal and great eating options all around.

Housekeeping could improve and front desk could be more helpful. It just wasn’t that great of a stay. Bunk beds for the kids were good

Bryon at front desk during check in made it clear it was just a job an he couldn’t care less about guests. The tv onscreen guide was available but wouldn’t my scroll or advise a show so you had to watch each ch to find out was on it. Parking lot was not well maintained despite separate fees for parking being charged on top of room rates. Bed shhets had tags placed at head of be not foot so when you laid down a tag was in your face.

Breakfast was very good. Beds were good, shower pressure was poor. Property is NOT walkable and shuttle experience was very bad, we, along with at least forty other people, were left stranded at EPIC as shuttle never showed up and we all eventually needed to take uber. Pool should stay open longer as was amenity not usable given Universal park hours.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. very close to Universal city walk. free shuttles to universal studios theme parks.

I was told there were shuttles that go to and from universal, however I was not told that they run every hour and half and only until 12 pm and from 5:40 -9:30 pm which was not when we were going so I needed to pay for Ubers. ALSO the one time I attempted to use the shuttle, we reserved it and got there on time and the shuttle already had passed. Apparently they just drive by if no one is there. We had to call an uber and he said this is very common!

We had a great experience!! It was my youngest Birthday and she wanted to go to Island of Adventure which was great because this Hotel offers transportation for the parks since us so nearby. The rooms are very clean and specious. We Loved it over all

Great place to stay at when you are going to U oversaw parks!

The tvs in the room would change each other when using both since they are back to back. The pull out bed needs more padding, you can feel the metal underneath. The faucet in the bathroom would hit the glass behind it when you used it. The glass shower doors dont fully close on one side. The toilet seat most of the time would need to be held bc it would not stay up. Other than that the room was great. Staff was very very helpful, probably the best part of the Hotel itself. No bacon tho at breakfast was very disappointing. But the eggs were always tasty.

Super comfortable great option if you are planning to go to the park universals is across the street they have shuttle and the breakfast are amazing with a lot of options

I liked everything except one of the staff which did not help me much with extending my stay.. when I went there different time someone helped me with extending my stay

Our room was very dated , the lighting was horrible, no lighting in the hall entry to bathroom! Broken freezer door handle. This hotel advertises and out door snacks bar and bar but was non existent. Also said there was a restaurant with lite fare nothing at one point the refrigeration went out so nothing cold for purchase. Not to mention the location is across from universal but there is nothing in this area as for as food is concerned. We stayed here because of reviews and food . Which were both sub par on our stay.Breakfast was OK but the Same thing ever day . Staff always seemed bothered or unsure of questions 🤔 being asked. Our room had beds made everyday but never cleaned; floors were dirty towels never removed from the floor or replenished trash piled up, never emptied. This was our second experience with Hyatt House previously stayed at a Hyatt Place in Fort Lauderdale and both were pretty disappointing. Which is surprising since Hyatt is supposedly a higher tier hotel brand.Nobody really seams to care when we checked out no one said how was your stay hardly said 2 words . Also FYI the complimentary coffee that's put out is never hot ! People like hot coffee you shouldn't have to microwave it. It's a nother perk that just wasn't up to par. Also I never get my membership points for our stays not from Fort Lauderdale and not from Orlando. Hyatt is just disappointing. We usually stay Hampton inn, though we'd switch it up and give hyatt a second chance. No
