Clarion Inn & Suites Across From Universal Orlando Resort

A great place, safe, attentive, and safe. My high school graduate was there for a while weekend with friends in one room and they were safe, had shuttle availability and where very safe. The hotel was clea, everyone was upset nice and they had a wonderful time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel valued from check-in to check-out. The food was also very good, with plenty of delicious options and great quality. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay.

Great place for price. Nice couch for kids.

When they say 4pm check in they mean it. I waited around from 8:am after a 2hour flight the front desk allowed me to relaxe by the poll until a room was available witch was four but I was absolutely tired. The staff was nice I wouldnt mind going back again just remember 4pm

Place is near universal. We chose to uber and it worked out

The hotel itself was pleasant however there were a couple issues. Issue #1 was that the first room I received had a very loud AC unit, and some of the bathrooms fixtures were broken. Issue #2 was a day before my original checkout date my room keys were deactivated. So when I had returned from my day out shopping I could not enter my room that I had paid for because someone locked me out. After loading everything back into my car and going to the front desk...the attendant wasn't of much help with explaining how this could have happened. Issue #3 is upon checking out the attendant stated that they could not provide me a printed out receipt.

Staff

Corners and cracks left uncleaned and had dead insects. Opens to outside hotels in Orlando often have insect issues so this wasn’t a surprise, but deep cleaning clearly does not happen here. We had spiders on the beds in both rooms. Quality control inconsistent between rooms: one room had mattress toppers, the other had barely a pad extra covering and was less comfortable. One room’s air conditioning seemed to leave the air damp and musty, the other ok. Ultimately did not stay the night and went home. Will pass on Clarion locations indefinitely.

Wasn’t happy with our stay we left a day early. It wasn’t cleaned and fridge made everything iced also there was no breakfast. The pool chairs were dirty the pictures are the website makes it look really nice. Very unhappy.

Very clean and great customer service!

I booked this hotel because it said it had a shuttle and it was close to Universal Studios. When I got there, I was informed that their shuttle does not accommodate wheelchairs or scooters. There is nowhere on the website that says the shuttle is not handicap accessible the lady at check-in said it was just about a 20 minute walk well it was longer than that and in a scooter by the time I got there cause you had to go up stuff and down it was a lot on the battery on my scooter and it was about dead. This was also too much for the rest of my family to walk, especially my granddaughter. We were gonna try to stay here, but after we decided, we cannot do it. We did not even stay one night in the hotel rooms winning when we first got there to look at the room and then we headed out to the park. I decided that we just couldn’t do that and booked another hotel. It was late when we got back and I was tired and frustrated because I have a lot of health problems and didn’t want to deal with this anymore so my son loaded the truck back up and we headed to another hotel. I tried to get my money back and since I booked through a third party I called them and they contacted the hotel and the hotel would not refund me any money. The third party I booked through wanted to refund me, but hotel would not allow it. So if you are handicapped and need to get a hotel that has a shuttle service you can use do not book this hotel. If you don’t need a shuttle I guess it would be okay for a short trip

Good price, good location.

Front desk Mr Yoseph was friendly, informative and quick check in. Properly has free parking, room is compact but comfortable beds, pillows, great shower pressure, minifridge & mini coffee maker. Overall clean, safe and quiet area. Even though it's next to expwy. Literally across universal and free shuttle is a bonus. Cafe & restaurant on premises has Indian & Thai cuisine. Nice pool & jacuzzi as well. Overall satisfied with hotel. Remodeled with a clean modern look. Would definately recommend.

Clean hotel nice staff very comfortable room

This is our third time staying here. We enjoy the hotel, the cafe, and the pool. It's very close to universal and always so clean. We will be back.
