Clean, centrally located, great staff No free breakfast and no ice on first floor

Need more staff in lobby. Took me 20 mins just to buy a cup of coffee. Also, I was 15 mins to check out. Then found out staff was in the office looked in her phone. Hoping she was checking her work phone not personal person. Other then that, room was clean.

Location was awesome and close to everything I needed! Staff is very friendly as well.

Location was great, bar area was nice, room was comfy. Shower not built for broad shoulders, toilet was bit rough looking

Cleanliness Staff did not have extra shower caps and manager made excuses.

Everything was great. Had a late check in with no problem. Definitely come back and stay there
