Our balcony had no furniture

I paid $423 for two nights, during UCF move-in weekend when rates were understandably much higher. I checked in after 8:00 p.m. the first night after an exhausting day of moving my daughter in. We basically went straight to bed, got up the next morning, and left for another full day of move-in. When we returned around 6:00 p.m., our room had not been serviced and, more importantly, we had no clean towels to shower. I called the front desk. After approximately eight rings, someone finally answered. I explained the situation and was told by the manager, Anthony, that they do not provide housekeeping every day, that I had supposedly been told this at check-in, and that housekeeping had already left. I explained that I had NOT been told this at check-in. My sister and daughter were standing with me when I checked in and can confirm that. Instead of apologizing or simply solving the problem, Anthony insisted that he had told me. Then I asked for clean towels. His response was essentially that it would be a while. That was the point that truly shocked me. I am a paying hotel guest asking for

The staff was FANTASTIC. The hotel has no complementary breakfast and the Hot Tub didn't work. Little noisy at night cars racing up and down the road. Bar/restaurant was good.

Came for my daughter move UCF, The room was so awkward, you could barely walk, in fact you could not walk in it. We stayed for three days and they did not visit the room once. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been in, we will never ever go back to this one, or the chain.
