I thought the place was a great value. The only thing I found disappointing was the fact I woke up in the middle of the night, went out looking for a vending machine. There are none.

My issue was with room cleanliness. The curtain had several dark stains on it. The carpet was spotted with several dark spots as well. The shower had some hair on the tile wall. The towels are stiff and scratchy. The sink and toilet seem oddly lower to the ground then other places I've stayed. The air conditioner was loud, but functional. The staff were polite and the main dining area was clean and the food was good. The hotel location is conveniently across from UCF and an easy walk to a variety of dining options. I recommend Bar Louie.

The room was clean, great location to UCF, helpful staff, but the gym was under renovation. So, I had to drive to a they sister location. Would definitely recommend.

Our rooms towels were stained…housekeeping never came to clean the room. We called the front desk for help they send clean linens (we had to changed them ourselves) never again

Had bedbugs the first night, changed rooms, public facilities not stocked with toilet paper and next night fire alarm sounded, apparently not the first time it has occurred. All in all, one of the worst experiences at any hotel
