Other than the nice looking bar downstairs everything was really mid or just awful and undelivered for a hotel at that price compared to others in the area… beds uncomfortable pillows are even worse, one of our rooms was freezing the other was hot as hell… no fridge in room… just overall nothing was above average some of it was terrible and it was a more expensive option… I travel a lot and stay in lots of hotels, def not going back to that double tree and would not recommend

Place needs a complete makeover (total renovation). It is falling apart. Housekeeping is a total failure, we never put up a no disturb sign, left at 11 AM and when we came back at 10 PM room was never cleaned. All the garbage was still in the garbage bins, towels were not changed still lying on the floor, bed was undone, they never took care of their housekeeping duties (included in our payment, of course) in our room that day. When we complained at 10 PM it took them another hour to bring clean towels and the maid was acting very discourteously. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DUMP AGAIN. Ahhhh, the beds are totally broken, completely uncomfortable, how can anyone sleep in those beds.. they must have at least 20 years of use. Shame on the Hilton brand, how can you allow such crappiness to carry your brand. Shame on you. Personnel is horrible, indifferent, cold, ugly in every sense of the word. I would fire everyone, they simply don't give a hoot !!

Our stay was fine with one exception. The room air conditioner was loud enough that we had to use ear plugs to get to sleep and stay asleep.

Felt like the property was just dirty

AC did not work in our room. Me and my family slept in the 85° room. All night, I could not sleep at all it was so hot. I was letting the front desk know all night. My situation. And they could not move me to another room. Very unpleasant, stay.

The room was basic, but clean. The staff was excellent!

The first room had no refrig /microwave; towels were not fresh, but we slept the night. The next night, the AC broke; they tried to fix and we slept and boiled. They moved us the next day. We went to another room with AC and refrig/microwave. The moral of the story: make sure you have all the amenities on the first night and speak up. Inspect your room completely! The cookies were great, fresh and yummy. The ladies at the desk were great.

The hotel was great! I was just disappointed there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room

Food was great, staff was great, very clean. Highly recommend!

Clean room and the property

The room was clean but the air conditioner rattled all night and the curtains didnt close all the way so the room was not dark at night
