The room was clean, great location to UCF, helpful staff, but the gym was under renovation. So, I had to drive to a they sister location. Would definitely recommend.

It was such an effortless stay! Everything was immaculate. Will definitely stay here again!

Kudos to the maintenance man who fixed my toilet in a moments notice.

Our rooms towels were stained…housekeeping never came to clean the room. We called the front desk for help they send clean linens (we had to changed them ourselves) never again

The staff was very nice and helpful. The smell in the hallway smelled a little like skunk

Had bedbugs the first night, changed rooms, public facilities not stocked with toilet paper and next night fire alarm sounded, apparently not the first time it has occurred. All in all, one of the worst experiences at any hotel

I was surprised that it did not include a microwave or mini fridge.

It was conveniently located. I didn’t like how dark everything was inside. The carpets were old bedding was old. They need a refresh and an update.

Location- stuff I found a single Bed bug before I left the hotel for checking out, the gym was closed due to maintenance activities

The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was a pleasant and enjoyable. A mini refrigerator and microwave in the rooms can be very helpful. Thank you

Good hotel. Clean, smells great, perfect location for my purpose. Courteous & friendly staff. Great room. The pillows however are ridiculous. Bring your own. Otherwise no issues.

We had to ask to change rooms on the second day; on the first day, we only slept for a couple of hours because the AC is very old and makes a lot of noise every time it turns on and off.

20 minutes walk to UCF campus, so convenient for visits. Comfortable rooms, good pillows.

Good location. The breakfast staff were friendly and efficient Gym was dirty and not able to use for my stay.
