Great location and super quiet. The room was clean, parking was easy, and everyone on staff was really friendly and welcoming. The room felt a little stuffy possibly because of the old carpet.

We've stayed here multiple times now for UCF events and it's consistently great. Staff is always nice and welcoming, the AM breakfast is lovely, and the property is always clean. Definitely recommend!

The property was very clean and the staff was very warm and welcoming. We were greeted with a smile and cookies! The room was so large and roomy, much bigger than expected.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, and I loved the mini kitchen—it had everything we needed. The service was great, and the front desk clerk was so friendly and welcoming, even offering us bottled water. The complimentary breakfast was good, with plenty of options. We especially loved the UCF move-in weekend decorations, balloons, and treats for the students and families. Those thoughtful touches made our stay feel extra special. We would gladly stay here again!

Location was great and check in staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Genuinely seemed to care about guests, and breakfast was good both days. The second floor hallway smelled like urine, with a strong deodorizer to hide the smell (?) Likely due to pets being allowed. Our room was pretty good but the fridge exterior had not been cleaned (I had to clean it myself)
