Clean room, spacious, friendly staff

Situated very close to UCF. The air conditioner is dated and very loud. All in all, the hotel looks like it could do with an update.

Location and staff Room carpet was wet by the AC.

Very near UCF Campus, near Bar Louie and other dining options, clean, good value.

Everything was clean and neat,

The planning of the rooms is superior to any hotel of this class we have stayed in. The little things that make it useful like the bathroom handles with a slit for the towels, the raised shelf with the hidden closet. Excellent use of space and made our stay so much better. Keep up the good work. The nicest dog friendly hotel we have been to.

Exceptional

We continuously heard loud clanking noises (even late at night/ early morning) made from the elevator door closing which was very detrimental to our trip- we really needed a sound night's sleep for very once in a lifetime experience the following morning. Please note that the front desk person, Jacob, was outstanding- very professional, helpful, a pleasure. He made note of the elevator noise.

Close to UCF and restaurants. Great breakfast. Room was much larger than we anticipated. Our older kids enjoyed the hot tub after several hours at the UCF dance clinic. Can’t think of anything!

The entire Hilton system was down, but the staff was amazing and accommodating.

One thing that really stood out was how quiet it was. We didn't hear any hallway or outside noise, so we were able to get a great night's sleep. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone on the staff was friendly and welcoming.

This hotel has a fantastic location—just minutes from UCF and close to plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and ice cream shops. The room was on the smaller side but had everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with excellent pillows. Breakfast was a great surprise too—fully stocked with all the usual favorites plus a waffle station, though I mostly enjoyed the oatmeal. I was also able to stay with my little dogs, and there was a nearby spot to walk them. It’s a small area, but perfect for little puppies—they loved it! The only downsides were the view, which looked out onto a small patio with an AC unit, and the bedspread, which had an odd hard texture that wasn’t comfortable against bare skin.
