This hotel could use some updating. The elevators shook and sputtered when coming to a stop, and staff were already aware of it when we mentioned it. Our room faced the front of the hotel, and light came in through the top edge of the blackout shade because the shade was hung too low. The shower was a bit underwhelming, and the showerhead could use replacing. The toilets were noisy when refilling. The hotel posted signs on the afternoon of our third night announcing an emergency overnight water outage. Given everything together, we decided to move to another Marriott property. We really appreciated Michael at the front desk, who kindly called ahead to confirm our new room was ready.

Our pillows were a bit smelly but they exchanged them immediately for new pillows. Great service.

The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint is our room was very damp and humid. The sheets felt wet. One of the desk chairs was covered in mold. Was disappointed by this because everything was great!
