Front desk very nice The property and the rooms need updates and fixing. The bathroom has cracked walls and kitchen needs new cabinetry. The beds looked undone not properly made and unit needed more than one toilet paper and tub needs to be updated and mattresses need upgrading as well

Price. The hotel was out dated. Room had old furniture. Sinks were all rusted and the shower floor was weak. Kinda scared i was going to fall through.

i did not stay....the woman at the front desk said, don't worry you have not paid, don't worry......a foul smell in two of the rooms they showed me...horrible location. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

The location was good. The room was not ready until 5:30PM. The room was disgusting. The wall had dried up throw up on it that I did not realize until the morning. The bathroom and kitchen were covered in gross stains and were not wiped down at all. When I asked the girl at the front desk if she could send the room cleaner back up to do a better job she said they already went home for the day so I left with no solution. The bed itself was clean and I was only there for one night or else I would have left. In the middle of the night there was a couple yelling in the hallway fighting.

The bathroom had lots of patches in the walls that had not been painted yet.

The room felt very comfortable!! The water pressure and the water didn’t get hot enough.

Nothing The staff are terrible… I paid $440 each week, stayed for over a month… NOT ONE SINGLE TIME did they come to clean on “my cleaning day” didn’t get no towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bedding, nothing.. Fridge & microwave went out, I had just spent $200 at the grocery store. Everything I had in the fridge & freezer went bad. When the refrigerator went out, I immediately went and told the front desk. They said they would come check it out never did. I called right before they closed that day. Still nothing called the next morning. Still nothing.. by that time I had to throw everything away. I asked who was going to replace all my food and I was told to talk to the GM that was not there. Finally, three days later all they had to do is flip a breaker… none of my food got replaced, just had to eat the loss because they wouldn’t do their job. There’s cockroaches, there is mold all in the bathroom. The walls are coming off because they are so full of mold and moisture. The cleaning crew does not clean those rooms before the next guest comes in. Absolutely disgusting. I understand that it’s not a high-end hotel, but they still need to do their job.

I liked the bedroom area, the space there looked quite nice and the bed was comfortable and nice. The room itself was not bad, it was mainly receiving the floors dirty and stepping into a wet puddle that made the experience not so likeable It was said it was newly renovated but it wasn’t in as good condition as expected. The floor was very dirty and looked like it had not been vacuumed or mopped with puddles in the bathroom close to the bathroom and the couch had some stains and paint in it.

Nothing We stayed there for 1 night. On that night, the fire alarm went off and it was a whole mess. We talked to the manager next day and asked if we check out early. He said that if we can check out by 11 am, they will refund the amount for 2 nights. 3 weeks later, when I called them about refund they said that it was a miscommunication. They aren't gonna refund us.
