Intown Suites Extended Stay Select Orlando UCF

So far I have been staying here for almost 2 months not exactly sure but for my stay I have been enjoying it for the time being. I have been satisfied with the employees customer service and informative information about the rooms and pricing. I'm also happy with the help that they have given me. They are respectful and do a great job. The cleaning employees also do a good job with being attentive to rooms if they need anything like trash bags etc. I will be happy to extend my stay because I have enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn't really like was the carpet is old and needs to be replaced

I really liked how friendly the staff was and they helped me out with great detail information on the rooms. I have enjoyed my stay and will extend my stay. The cleaning employees also do a really good job and are also respectful and nice. They always ask me if I need anything for my room. I have been enjoying my stay here at InTown suites on University boulevard next to UCF The only thing I don't really like is the carpet floor being old.

Very poor

Absolutely ZERO. I would give it zero stars if it was an option. They ran my credit card without my authorization AFTER assigning me a room with ONE bed when I paid for TWO beds. Our only alternative was to sleep on a hardwood floor. When I asked for extra linens I was told the washer was broken and they had none and then handed me used dirty sheets. Apparently 4 people was acceptable to sleep on on full bed Everything I just stated. The place also reeked of marijuana and there were people smoking in the hallway. 2 women got into an altercation in the hallway and a child (presumed to be the owners kid) was left unattended for hours in the “lobby”.

Was treated nice nice room. Wait almost 2 day to get the room of reservation made.

Room wasn’t look dirty but the floor was!! Whoever “cleaned” my room completely forgot about the floors. They don’t give you extra towels during your stay. Parking it’s good. Staff is very friendly (most of them)!!! Overall love my stay here!!

I would say the price. However, even that was far too high for accommodation that was in a poor and uninhabitable state. My stay was extremely disappointing. The room had visible mold, ants on the nightstand and even on the bed, making the space feel dirty and uninhabitable. In addition, the hallway constantly smelled of marijuana, which made the environment unpleasant.

i did not stay....the woman at the front desk said, don't worry you have not paid, don't worry......a foul smell in two of the rooms they showed me...horrible location. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

Yes, everything was great

This place smelled terrible and it was not clean. The bathroom was so bad we didn't use and used a bathroom to shower somewhere else, also left a day early.
