Clean and very nice staff.

Nice and complete

I was able to check in a little early which was perfect! I loved the breakfast. Staff was very polite and professional. The location to all my favorite restaurants and gas station, PERFECT! MOST important, great location for attending the bowling tournament. Day 1- checked in a little early and dropped off luggage. Before walking right out, received call from Front desk if room was okay. It was a one bedroom suite. I gave it a once over and said yes. I left headed to tournament. Upon getting back about 9ish, I sat on bed which was direct view of the bathroom. Unfortunately, the under ring around the tiolet was very visible and nasty. I took picture from sitting on the bed. This was my view simply sitting on bed. Staff said he would leave note for housekeeping in the morning. I asked for products to clean myself and was told he was NOT allowed to go in housekeeping at night to get cleanings items. Well, bathroom is nasty and I dont want to use bathroom until cleaned. I tell them I'll have to leave property to go buy items myself. I spent $12 on cleaning supplies came back cleaned. I mentioned issue to morning staff and she said it was noted in system and should expect to hear from manager. Never did. However, I guess the little points given was pose to surface for the inconvenience. This was my only but biggest issue with my stay. I will for sure check bathrooms closely moving forward.

The property was clean, with very friendly and accommodating staff. This will be my home away from home for the next few years.

Our Expedia room was a loud 1st floor room with some insects spotted. It was bare bones with towels and plugins. It looks like a hotel used by college students. Go Knights!

Perfect stay---EXCEPT the SPEED BUMPS NEED TO BE LOWERED. They damage cars. Not sure if I will return when I come to visit my son at UCF because of the over the top speed bumps. Otherwise this is a great place.

We had a good stay here at this hotel. There was enough parking spots even if we came home late at night. Pool was small though. My boys appreciated the basketball court next to the pool however it was too hot to play most of the time since we were there end of June. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was good, kitchen and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. W we stayed for 10 days and room service was done every other day. The pull out bed was terrible though, as to be expected I guess. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would come back again.

Easy to get to the location I need Cleanliness. There was hair on the bathroom floor.

Great choice, very tasty, lots of variety. Cost for a pet was almost as much as the cost of the room

Great location near UCF. The room was spacious and it was nice having a small kitchen area.

Our room had a roach problem. Other than we loved the room layout and amenities. Probably won't be back because of the bugs.
