Staff and the hotel was amazing. Will stay again.!!

This was a great stay. Very nice and clean hotel. Would’ve given it 5 stars but the hotel staff was vacuuming by our room at 3 am. Other than that great stay.

Clean room

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. We arrived on Saturday around 6:00 PM, and the front desk employee (who was accompanied by a young woman) had an unfriendly attitude from the beginning. Their facial expressions, body language, and the way they interacted with us made us feel unwelcome. We had reserved and paid for a room for seven guests. Since all seven of us were standing together during check-in, it was obvious we were staying in the same room. However, when we got upstairs, we found a room with only two beds. We immediately returned to the front desk, and the employee simply said it was “probably a mistake.” Mistakes happen, but we never received a sincere apology. About an hour later, we left the hotel and returned later that evening. The same two employees looked at us with the same unfriendly attitude, which felt completely unnecessary and made us uncomfortable. We weren’t expecting anything special—just courtesy and professionalism. The hotel itself was excellent, and that’s why this experience stood out so much. I hope management addresses the customer service at the front desk, because the property deserves staff that reflects the quality of the hotel.

Very nice property, clean and spacious and clearly new property. Lobby is very nice. Plenty of parking. You do have to pay for parking, $15.00 a night.

Very nice room everything very clean

Algunas cosas como donde va el jabón líquido, Sahmpoo y acondicionador estaba dañado, también donde va el papel estaba sarroso. La verdad creo no volvería a ese hotel nuevamente.

The room was clean and overall the place was nice. Check in is at 3pm, we didn’t get into our room until 4:30pm because they didn’t have the rooms cleaned in time for check in. So that was annoying. But staff was nice and everything was clean.

Stay was great! The room was spacious and clean, comfortable and quiet!

The property was great. The coat of water and other non alcoholic drinks and snacks was criminal.

Everything was fine

No hot tub. No free breakfast. Food was overpriced, I paid $77 for 3 coffees, 2 bagels, and 2 French toast meals and the food was terrible.
