Room is clean.

It was close to where I needed to be. Dirty and bug infested

Al llegar no teniamos habitacion, a pesar de haber reservado con anticipacion, nos entregaron una habitacion con una sola cama para 2 adultos y un niño, estaba oscura, olia terrible, la persona de recepcion fue muy amable, pero el hotel fue terrible.

The bugs

Great price and clean rooms.

Nothing. We booked a 23-night stay at this hotel. When we arrived to check-in with our CONFIRMED reservation that we booked IN ADVANCE, they turned us away because they had no rooms available. The front desk person made no attempt to find another hotel or help us in any way. It was 5pm and we had to go from hotel to hotel until we found one that had a room available. However, it was far away from were we wanted to stay and was considerably more expensive.

The location is great. I stay 1 week but if it were refundable I would have cancelled. No elevators so I had to go 3 times to the 3rd floor, one room was duty and the second one it was occupied. The 3rd room I got stink like there was a tiny human smoking in the ac unit. They provided an almost empty odor spray. The smell never dissipated. The were roaches and they told me that I was gonna get only 1 toilet paper per my stay plus if I need it trash bags I had to get them. Also, the pictures you see here its all a lie.

Nothing Was a bad place

Its comfortable I need to move out from the hotel because i have a cockroach infestation in my room

I liked the part where we got the hell out of there and found a hotel that felt safe and I could breath in... The curtains were stained, the smell of bleach was so strong it burned our lungs. I have severe asthma and it would have been dangerous for me to breath that into my lungs. The area felt unsafe for two women traveling alone to stay in...

There is no breakfast Stove doesn't work. Beds have no frame. Told office. 4 days in & no repairs maid

The proximity to the location of the conference I attended. The person who checked us in was very helpful. The rooms were smelling like persons smoked in them. It was cockroach infested....even in the refrigerator. Persons travelling with me said there were bed bugs.

The location near the airport is ok. There is a lot of drug use, and the residents who are clearly temporarily housed homeless people will try to get rid of you if you say anything about it. There also seems to have been fighting happening on the property, and at least one drug dealer. At some point, one woman was declared to have been a prostitute.

Like the place bed good we got housekeeping gave us trash bags and hand soap everywhere nice friendly price good got stay monthy it near Walmart and near dollars store walk to 10 minutes walk if want stay other month we could staff nice housekeeping nice helpful I I don't like bugs every where in kitchen and on bed awhile we sleep bugs on bed even sheets were clean but had bug guy came in spray plus it Florida I don't like that we get hot water take shower Manger say he fix it but get fix unitl 3 weeks that problems I had bath my self in sink if took shower no hot water or warm water take shower there no coffee pot like in photo TV work not many channels watch there no cable no plates or cups like photos lie you buy every thing yourself like too cook need pan but beside they had microwave work good place put your food big freezer I buy coffee pot I left I can't travel with coffee pot but have bug problems it Florida hot humid that why bring bugs out I smell pot outside hotel walk around one time people fright late night but police came few times due people fright police be here on Sunday

Rooms were INFESTED with roaches. Filthy and disgusting. On my second to last day the plumbing failed and flooded the room. They sent house keeping to clean up but nobody ever showed up about the toilet flooding the room with poop water that brought in flies. Had to go back to the office to ask if anyone was going to help with the plumbing or move me and he then acted like oh I didn't know you needed a new room- it was flooding poop water! Of course I needed something done. The room they sent me to had even more roaches than the last, cleaning supplies left inside and no shower curtain. At 8pm my first night in the new room maintenance tried to get in and scared the everliving crap out of me and waking me up, there had not been an official notice of the room change.
