The front desk staff is incredibly "quality, professional, and accommodating" focused (Rose, Murand, and Tracy) The Cleaning crew is exceptional and very proficient (Asa and Elizabeth) and the repair man (JEAN) is extremely knowledgeable and quick responding to any issues!! The staff here is what makes This Place a genuine and Gold Tier experience Other Guests not picking up after their dogs do their business on the grounds

The room was not clean. The bathroom had poop in the toilet. It had roaches. The bedding was not clean the TV didn’t work. They had to move me to another room that had a very bad smell in it. The first room they put me in was very uncomfortable. It has a smell the TV didn’t work. They had to change. I had to change rooms and their room was worse than the first one.

The quality dedicated and professional staff is what makes this place/experience what it is... Murad, Rose, (front desk) Jean Maintenance Man) and Housekeepers have literally made the difference (Class Acts!!) Courtesy, efforts and consistency of the staff

The front desk people were very nice. The Internet was awful. I couldn't even do one web meeting because it was so slow. The Internet representative I tried calling to upgrade my network speed was unable to guide me through the process. He sent me to the front desk, which also wasn't able to help.

The courteous, personable & professional staff is the sole reason this place is exceptional... You can easily surmise that u have a case of staff working the best they are capable within prescribed, tightened and lack of resources ... The staff are QUALITY, and the common denominator to this places value!!!

none it was horrible, only 1 elevator was broken, room smelled, they double charged us and when i asked the manager to call me they didn't. Every floor and room smelled. rooms weren't cleaned

Property was okay, but room was clean and sufficient for a brief stay

Good location

Bathroom flooded from trying to shower, hotel and room smelled like a mixture or urine and cigarettes. Did not feel comfortable laying in bed. Checking in is terrible if the staff are not available.
