The Highball and Harvest is great! The food and staff are awesome. Monier from Morocco was so friendly. The bed is comfortable but don’t plan on extra room on a sleeper sofa. When you pay for the Ritz name and luxury stay here at Orlando, that is about all you get. Upon arrival, we were not welcomed by any staff and when we finally were and my husband inquired about parking for our car, he was informed in a snobby manner that if he wanted to park it himself (assumption) he needed to consider the Marriott. Next, our room wasn’t available immediately but we were assured we could eat and explore the property, and would receive a text when it was ready. Nope! That didn’t happen. After a two hour wait, I inquired again and learned our room wasn’t available and ready but that hadn’t been shared. An associate offered a small credit, which helped. The lazy River advertised is actually part of the Marriott and accessible to you but you have to hike along a barren, brown golf course in the heat of summer. One ply toilet paper is stocked in all of the stalls and it burns as much as the cost to stay.

Definitely will return every year.

Beautiful hotel, been many times. I don’t think the Club room access is worth the cost IMO.

We stayed here as a family for one night prior to flying home after a long cruise. The property was gorgeous. Staff was attentive. Room was large and clean and pool facilities were amazing. Also the kids arcade was a huge win for our boy. O' and the icing on the cake was the surprise fire show and fireworks right outside our balcony. Perfect ending to a perfect family trip. Highly recommend this property. Great value for your buck. FYI the property steakhouse was over the top and pricey. If that's what you also are looking for have fun. Great property!

I loved every minute of my stay - from the lazy river to the fabulous restaurant Knife and Spoon to the entertainment with a fire dancer and fireworks. It was my first time at a Ritz and it won’t be my last!
