On top of that, the house had roaches everywhere, a loud and malfunctioning master bathroom fan that sounded like it could break at any moment, and a huge hole in the patio screen that let flies and mosquitoes inside. The WiFi didn’t work, forcing us to run an Ethernet cable just to use the TV, and the master shower barely had lukewarm water. Communication from the host was extremely slow and unhelpful throughout the stay. Overall, this was a terrible experience, a complete waste of money, and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Perfect for an entire family. Kitchen had everything needed. Pool was perfect to cool down after a long day at The parks. I had a minor issue with the lock that run off bateries.

Spacious and away from the busiest parts of Orlando. Access to the community water park. Pool was smaller than expected and not heated. That was an extra fee I was unaware of. Not well stocked, asked us to start laundry before we left but didn’t leave any soap. Asked us to take trash out regularly left one replacement bag. Less than one whole toilet papers roll in each bathroom, no back ups. Dirty dishes in cupboard, crumbs in the silverware drawer, trash can broken, tub clogged and didn’t drain.

The master bed needs to be replaced. mattress was like sleeping in a hollowed out canoe. Pillows were flatter than a pancake.

Overall I did not like the property but my trip was fun. The property is very outdated. Online it was advertised as a 2 story home. Amenities old and dingy.

The home was perfect but would have liked a location closer to the parks. The third bedroom could have had an full size bed instead of bunk beds since there were already two sets of bunk beds in another bed room.

It felt like my home Pool table was fragile and wobbly was afraid to play with it cause i did not want to be responsible for damage the washer machine was possessed and kept going on spin cycle on its own making noise

Pool and hot tub. Plenty of beds. Dishwasher didn't drain fully

It was a beautiful home to stay in and would respond quickly to my questions The bugs but it was expected with it being bug season.

Size of unit , private pool. Close to Disney Washer was broking all three days

There was a dirty towel and it was sent to the owner, but he did not respond to change it. There were completely empty hand washing liquid containers, and this situation was not responded to either.

The location was great close to almost everything. Was not the house pictured in the listing, I was expecting a hot tube to soak in but thier was no hot tub only small pool. The plumbing was slow.

Didn’t like area, I was expecting aSingle dwelling home with a large pool! Everything.. from dirty floors, ceiling fans, clogged toilet, jammed up refrigerator ice machine, to tv being completely disconnected!! I felt like I had to do all repairs and cleaning for my family members! Didn’t expect bronco on a visit!!! I have pictures to support all the issues!!

I loved this place, the location, cleanliness, and facilities were all outstanding.

When we arrived, dishes were caked with old food and counters had old crumbs under all appliances. When the a/c stopped working one evening, we couldn’t even open 2 of the guest bedroom windows for cool air because screens were missing or broken. We have stayed at many other rentals in the area that were the same price for much better accommodations- so we will stick with those next time.

The swimming pools. The location to shopping, Security Staff. Bed breaking just by sitting on it, first night.( cheap furniture in whole house ) Broken air-conditioning. Chipped paint on walls in just about every room. Couldn't open windows. Stains on carpets.
