When it’s advertised that that there will no parking fee for atleast Hilton rewards holders. This is not a decent way to deal with Hilton rewards members Thank you

Amazing staff

I’ve stayed here quite a few times this year and I am always very pleased with how friendly and helpful the staff are. Rooms are always clean. Location is convenient for shopping and picking up any travel items or snacks. Close to Icon Park for entertainment. Highly recommended this Hilton Garden Inn!

We booked and fully prepaid two rooms through Expedia for two families traveling together, each including a minor. One reservation (Gretchen Ramírez Briancesco) was honored, but the second confirmed reservation (Justo Aguilar) was wrongfully refused by the hotel despite full documentation: Expedia confirmations, hotel confirmations, invoices, and proof of payment. This was not a minor delay. We spent over two hours on site attempting to resolve the issue, during which Expedia agents provided outstanding support, acted professionally, and attempted multiple contacts with the property. Expedia even escalated the case and offered to relocate us at no cost, which we deeply appreciate. The hotel’s handling was unacceptable throughout. We were eventually placed in a “temporary” room without being provided key cards. Staff had to manually open the door, preventing normal access. The room presented multiple issues: lack of proper access to electricity, a persistent bathroom water leak, inadequate cleanliness, and repeated unanswered calls to the front desk. At no point did the hotel provide a functioning or standard guest experience. Both families were forced to remain on-site during the entire process. This property is new and located in a nice area. The only downside is paying $17 a day to park in the hotels parking lot and there’s no option to park anywhere else. It feels like robbery to have to pay for the hotel and also pay to park at that same hotel in the parking lot that occupies the hotel building.

I enjoyed the hotel and experience. i would like to see the room cleaned daily instead of every other day.

Very clean and nice

Check in was smooth has no issues. Staff was super friendly as well. Room was very tidy and smelled clean. Overall nice experience if you just want a good nights rest after being out all day at Orlando’s amusement parks. Only wish their breakfast and parking was included in the booking.

Clean room but not the lobby and the hallways

The photos online didn’t give this beautiful hotel justice! As a previous Orlando native visiting my second home, this hotel and the location was perfect! I would definitely recommend and stay again for future visits.

The breakfast (I had an omelette) was delicious! The staff was below average. We waited about 30 min for to order, and then over 30 min to pay (added to our room). All of the other staff went above and beyond!

Very clean, the bed was very nice and soft the front desk clerk was very nice
