Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport

We checked in ahd they did the bare minimum . Here is your key , room is up here . Layout is very confusing and didn’t give us clear instructions. The layout is confusing hard to navigate , staff saw us confused didn’t help , our room had not been cleaned and was full of trash . Definitely not worth the premium price .

Awesome having the hotel in the airport

The most convenient location with a very comfortable room and excellent restaurants (we love McCoys).

This is a hotel I was interested for a few years but the location is not close to any attraction. It was an urgent stay due to a cancelled flight. Great place to stay if you need to fly the next day as some rooms can see the TSA entry gate which is helpful to determine how long the wait would be. The room seems a little dark but there is a light switch around the bed that lightens the room.

Very convenient location

We checked in at 12:30 am after a couple late flights. We usually pay $300+ a night for a room here. The Expedia price was under $250 all in. The room was comfortable, especially the bedding. But we had the furthest walk from the elevator, room 764. And the window looked out over the atrium and some MCO employee was talking loudly below us until after 2:00. Our rooms in the past have faced the runways and are definitely preferable. Activity starts around 5:00 am and we were awakened by 7:00 despite needing more sleep. Good room darkening curtains. Free water and Keurig coffee and tea in the room. We vacated by 9:00 as we were eager to get home. We did not eat there this time, but really enjoy the 4th floor lounge for a late night drink and appetizer. At this price, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again, even though off airport hotels are less than half the price. We are willing to pay for absolute convenience and quality.

The hotel’s airport location was extremely convenient, especially for an early flight. However, the check in experience was disappointing. The front desk clerk did not appear attentive and missed the second name on our reservation, resulting in us waiting more than 20 minutes while being told that only one room had been reserved. Once the issue was resolved, our rooms were located at the very back of the hotel, approximately a five to seven-minute walk from the front desk. The convenience of the location was appreciated, but the arrival experience and room placement could have been handled much better.

It was very convenient for making it to the terminal in time…unfortunately I arrived for check in very late so is was extremely exhausted from not to be disappointed my the mattress that I slept on… can’t speak for other rooms. But overall I would go back I would just need to test the beds first.
