Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport

Hotel needs renovation. It feels old. Bed not too comfortable. Shower from a decade ago. But if you need to stay by the airport there’s no other choice. It’s not a Marriott but it was alright. Shops and Starbucks downstairs

Very convenient!

The hotel is excellent and ideally situated. We had a one-night stay due to our evening flight arrival. My sole suggestion for improvement pertains to the demeanor of the gentleman who handled our check-in; a more amiable and helpful approach would have been appreciated. I was navigating with my wife in a wheelchair and managing two suitcases, and unfortunately, no staff members offered assistance.

was 2 1/2 hours late and we didn’t arrive till 2 am in the morning. We went straight to the hotel at the airport within minutes straight to the room nice, clean, tidy and friendly staff what more could you ask for? we will certainly do that again as opposed to hiring a car and then finding your destination thereafter.

Convenient to arrival flight

It was our second time staying here and once again such a great experience.

So convenient that it’s right inside the airport; no rushing to catch a shuttle or stressing when you get off the plane. They found us an open room to upgrade to when our plane got in early and we didn’t want to wait around for check in. On site restaurant is really nice too.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very attentive. It definitely made our early flight a much easier experience!

Everything ok. The food was good

Our flight got cancelled and I was able to book a room for my child, husband and myself last minute. Everyone was very helpful.

I’ve stayed at many Airport Hotels in my life and this Hyatt is by far the best. It’s clean, easy to find, the employees extremely easy and the food was pretty good as well. This won’t be my last stay at this property.

Great place to stay in the airport!

Room was great

Needed help getting luggage and navigating through airport to our gate. Staff came in early am and loaded our luggage and me into a wheelchair. Got bags dropped off and checked and ourselves to the correct gate on time.

Outstanding

Clean and convenient, once you get past the parking. The garage was closed, the parking is difficult due to overcrowding and random closures of the entrance.
