The area and the set up. I complained 4 times about the person next to me and they did nothing. The person had a couple of dogs and was constantly yelling at her boyfriend. Another person there had also complained about the same issue and they did nothing. The microwave was not clean from the last person being there. There was hair in the shower and the bed. I stayed over a week there and no service to the room

The room was clean and very quiet! Also very spacious fridge, and utilities! Only issue I would say is the roaches! But they did spray the room!

Was happy that the room was actually ready in time. Good price and a good area. The neighbors are friendly . There was actually hot water and the a/c actually works. The room is spacious , clean and close to the parking lot. Hope that I can keep the same rate because I have been moving around a lot due to constant rate increasing.

no internet for 1st 10 days, no maid service for 2 weeks, the corporation never responded, and the manager said the internet wasn't his problem, and no maid service for 3 weeks because he was short handed.
