La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando UCF

Overall, my 2 day stay was very good. The rooms were very clean and pretty modern. The staff was very helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff I didn’t see anything that needed to be updated or was unclean. It’s perfect for families coming down and staying to see their kids who are students UCF. The property is basically on site. It as close as you can get to the college. I will definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms, all the amenities, and friendly staff!

Exceptional

Air conditioning was wonderful

Didn’t have time to check all the property Lack of cleanliness , cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom , I’ve left a chocolate bar for few minutes I’ve found it devastated by , it was really disgusting, the rating is above 8 I was expecting a proper cleaning. We had a horrible night .

It was close to the UCF campus, so it was easy for us to get to and from the football game. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The AC did not work in any of the rooms we were in. We changed rooms 3 times because of the ac. The second room we had, the beds were broken. Also, the last room we were in, the fridge only worked if it was turned all the way up, otherwise it did not keep anything cold.

Very clean and new!

When I checked in lucky who was at the front desk was very cordial and very helpful. I had to change rooms because the first room. The toilet wouldn’t stop running. In the second room one switch turned controlled all the lights so that all the lights on or off the showerhead was so corroded that what only came out of less than half of the holes that was room 403. I looked for another hotel room in the area however there was a football game scheduled on Saturday so I couldn’t find one. Do windows were dirty, but they had double panes so I’m sure that was on the inside. The front desk staff very helpful anytime I ask anything, and the TV needed to be changed. Picture is too light and could not be adjusted. We could not get the TV guide up and it was very very slow to change channels. My sister recommended this hotel. She stayed here a few years ago. It had to be a lot better then. So to sum it up very friendly staff however maintenance is necessary for this to be a hotel for people to be comfortable in. The guest in front of me that were online when we were checking in had to change their room twice I know because I was speaking with them several times throughout our day and they couldn’t find another place to stay either. They were from Tennessee and a father and son coming to see the football game if you need verification so as you say this hotel needs some serious maintenance and a manager needs to be held accountable thank you

All around perfect experience.

I would love to commend the front desk agent Melisa. She absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate a request that I made. That helped my stay get off to a wonderful start.

Nothing Remote area

Exceptional

Comfortable and price Location hidden in plan sight

Breakfast was terrible, bathroom was bad, could not see out the bedroom window completely fogged up, bathroom ceiling had been leaking, tub floor was not level.

Very nice. Do stay here. But the maids will keep knocking until you leave. Lol

Large room. Very clean.

Everything was great. Comfortable bed quiet with cold air conditioner. I had a first floor room and was able to park 10 feet from my front door.

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok - not a lot of choices, and very small quantities of what was available. Perhaps it is better before 8:00 am though.

Very good
