Fix the ac please. Wall unit doesn't work as well as central ac

Rooms were clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff with great proximity to UCF.

Clean rooms. No smells. Very helpful maid service. Racoons,squirrels and deer make the ideal setting.

First thing I noticed when I parked was mildew all over the building and numerous aluminum soffit material was missing to the hotel. The room was clean but the two beds were full sized. I didn’t know double beds meant full sized(my bad). At 6am, the little clock alarm began going off in the adjacent room. I called down to the front desk and got no answer. I went to use the elevator, from the sixth floor, but it wasn’t working apparently. I walked down six flights of stairs only to see the front desk guy asleep literally with his head on the counter. I slapped the counter very hard but got no response. I yelled,”yooooooo, yoooooooo”, and he finally woke up. Of course I had to video record him dead asleep first. He finally got up and addressed my issues with the alarm clock and the elevator. Got all the way back upstairs and my key didn’t work. I had to wake my wife up to open the door. Went down later to get the room key fixed, went back upstairs but the key still didn’t work. Later got the key fixed but after this experience, I can cross that place off my list. I’ll never stay again.

Negatives - the shower head needs changing, there were no tea bags available, there was only one chair to sit on in the room, the TV is way too small for the price they're charging, the elevator is really slow, parking is really bad - we had to park in the overflow lot, the ac unit shuts off way too fast so sleeping at nights was stuffy and warm.

Property was clean. Staff what's that was very nice and helpful.

Subi y por fortuna ya lo habían arreglado Nunca recibí unas disculpas por la noche tan terrible que pasé el 1er dia. Fui a un viaje de trabajo y no fue posible dormir la 1a noche. Hasta el momento no he recibido siquiera unas disculpas

It was clean, breakfast was fine, the bed covers were crunchy. My 15yr old described them as placement paper. Very uncomfortable. The pool was dirty but they cleaned it the next day. We had a problem with guest noise and the staff never answered the phones. We walked down to the front desk and still no one to be found.

Good, clean stay. Exceptional location for UCF. It’s not a 5 star resort obviously, but it was clean & priced well for the proximity to main campus. It was my second stay.

You get a clean room in a safe area with warm staff who are helpful.
