Clean, Horrible management (Carmon) was so rude so hostile mean awful my experience left me crying the rest of the day from that evil woman. I would never stay or have anyone stay with her as Management. When I asked to speak to the owners and asked for their numbers, she told me she can’t give out any numbers therefore there was nobody to complain to you other than her and she looked at me dead in my eyes and said she’s not sorry for my experience I had to check out early. She double charged me for a pet For one night. She charged me $100. She was not there during check-in when I checked in on Father’s Day.

Cheaper option and very quiet compared to other hotels in it’s price range. Carmen who worked there was extremely nice and professional. Typical budget facility so not exactly a complaint.

I liked the sheets and they appeared clean. I liked the pillow amount. I didn't like the wall plug in, they are toxic. I understand the rooms need to smell nice-use another option. I didn't like the staff. I requested a late check in when I booked about two weeks in advance but didn't receive a reply until day of cancellation for free. The reply was not clear, simply "we will do our best". Then the next day got another reply that they can do a lock box. I tried to stay an additional night. The office staff never presented in office. Just a note saying they stepped away and will be back shortly. I called and left a message about my request for another night. The sign read "vacancy". I never got a reply so I deposited my key in the mail slot before check out time.

the location to several restaurants was a plus there were a few bugs in the restroom but were easily washed down the sink

Everything was great. Front desk person was awesome. Let me check in way early. Room was spotless. The only negative was there was no chair in room to sit on. Everything else was great. No chair to sit on. had to sit on bed.

Amazing place, fantastic host and very clean! A bit loud at times

I was surprised by how nice the room was. The surrounding area isn't fantastic, and I was warned to take all valuables out of the car overnight, but very friendly staff and easy check in/out. The pillows were a little thin, but I'd return here if business takes me to Oroville again.

The sheets was dirty. There was someone’s food in the fridge and on my 3rd day I ran out of toilet paper and they told me to go buy some

Convenient location, quiet. Mice. Mouse traps in the room. They overcharged me about $20. I called, emailed and texted but no response. There was no staff on the premises.

The 2 bedroom suite was very clean and very comfortable for 4 people. It is situated close to everything and management was wonderfully friendly and helpful. I have never felt more welcome anywhere!

The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and so helpful. I was having trouble with my tv, and the manager came right down to see what was causing the issue. Oh and don’t let me forget to mention the AC and ceiling fan!! With the 108 degree days, they were lifesavers! The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d have liked. It wasn’t horrible but I have chronic pain and insomnia so I need a quality mattress. Also, although very pretty, the shower stalls aren’t built for large people. However the motel is undergoing some updating / remodeling, so these may be on the list to replaced

I like the location for its proximity to where I needed to be., and for the privacy it provided. I also like the kitchenette. The personnel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was only one nightstand, leaving my partner with no way to read a book, nor an outlet to charge his phone and computer. There was neither iron nor ironing board. The air conditioner did NOT have any control buttons. In the kitchenette, half of the non-stick pots and pans were scratched, posing a health hazard if used for cooking! In the bathroom, there were several tiny blueish-greenish insects on the bathroom sink; there weren't enough hooks/bars to hold a change of clothes while showering, no rooms to hold our toothpaste, toothbrush, skincare products, etc.; there was no hairdryer either.
