The staff were very unfriendly. The shower drain was clogged, and there was no hand soap.

I booked a suite with 3 adults and 1 child. There was only 3 towels in the room. I went down to ask for one more towel and was told by the staff I needed to bring a dirty towel to get another. Just ridiculous!

The towels are too old need to replaced and some smell inside the room need to open the window to refresh the air

Great stay! Breakfast was amazing! Pool and hot tub amazing! Staff, besides the woman working the breakfast buffet who was kind amd pleasant, we're not very friendly or inviting. Microwave in our room didn't not heat well. But still a great stay.

Staff friendly, helpful. Came right up when TV remote wasn't working. Room clean, quiet. We did not eat breakfast but it looked appetizing. There is a Taco Truck right across the street that had excellent food (Street tacos, quesadilla and sopes)at reasonable prices.

Location and front desk staff Shower took an extraordinary long time to heat up the toilet paper was awful the shower tub floor was peeling and the toilet was so low it felt like you were falling sitting down

The Bathroom shower wasn't very good. The shower head leaked and the water would get everywhere, especially if you didn't get the shower magnets just right. The curtain couldn't dry out because of the excess water and it would then get a smell.
