This place is getting worse every time. The showers are getting old and bad conditions. The air conditioning is so noisy that you can get a good sleep. It use to be my first choice but after the three last time we had stayed there I’m going to start looking for other places.

I booked a suite with 3 adults and 1 child. There was only 3 towels in the room. I went down to ask for one more towel and was told by the staff I needed to bring a dirty towel to get another. Just ridiculous!

The towels are too old need to replaced and some smell inside the room need to open the window to refresh the air

Great stay! Breakfast was amazing! Pool and hot tub amazing! Staff, besides the woman working the breakfast buffet who was kind amd pleasant, we're not very friendly or inviting. Microwave in our room didn't not heat well. But still a great stay.

Staff friendly, helpful. Came right up when TV remote wasn't working. Room clean, quiet. We did not eat breakfast but it looked appetizing. There is a Taco Truck right across the street that had excellent food (Street tacos, quesadilla and sopes)at reasonable prices.
