Overall it was fine for a night while travelling for work, but my room had a terrible smell. I didn't complain since it was only 1 night, but if I had been staying longer I would have had to say something. The room was clean and fine for the stay but that smell was overwhelming and made me wonder what was causing it.

We were in Oroville to visit our family and had two family gatherings at the Forebay. The hotel was close to our venue. We really enjoyed our stay there and will be back in the future. The breakfast was great and all of the staff was friendly and very helpful with anything that you needed. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful !!

The property was nice. The rooms are very cute! The bathtub is nice and deep! The beds are comfy. The staff is SUPER friendly. The only issue was the tv wasn’t working well. All in all, it was a great stay!

The staff were very friendly, parti ularly the young lady that checked me in, sorry, I didn't get her name. I was uncomfortable with the five dollar daily charge for parking, especially because I have a disability hangar, which makes me wonder if that is a violation of the person's with disabilities act. The hotel is in a very convenient location with stores, eateries, and service centers nearby. There is a wonderful continental breakfast available and the young lady responsible for this station was most excellent, I didn't get her name either, sorry.

Checking in desk clerk was not helpful and took forever to check in when we were the only ones in line. Room was clean but breakfast was a B- with scrabble eggs watery and potatoes looked unappetizing. We've been to Hampton Inn with much better service and food.

The property was very clean and looked almost new. The staff was friendly and the room (single King) was spacious although lacking closet space. An in-room safe would have been nice to have. The breakfast was better than expected so that's a plus. It's unfortunate that there's a daily parking fee. I'm pretty sure there was a homeless couple sleeping in their car on the lot. Overall, had a good stay.

Convenient, friendly, clean

Bed and pillows were good, clean rooms nice bedding, hot water and the shower had good water pressure . Good breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit and more. If you like Starbucks it’s right across the parking lot. Stayed 2 nights. The pool area looked nice too.

During our difficult time of cleaning out our grandfather's estate. We had the joy at the end of the day to go back to our room at the hamptons. It made the trip easier and relaxing. Very fulfilling breakfast and the room's are so beautiful we actually extended our trip to a three night stay to spend one more night at the hamptons because oohhĥhhhhh it's so cool.

The room was great. We had a family with a lot of kids in the room above us, which was very noisy. The pool is great. Breakfast was fine. They charge $5 a night for parking.

Good spread for breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was GREAT! Room was clean and comfortable. Great location with Starbucks, Dutch Bros, Maverick, McDonalds, and Wendy’s all within a 2 minute walk from hotel.

it was a nice room and very friendly staff

Nothing Ants in my bed and shower on nightstand etc. Staff was rude. Cockroaches running on sidewalk outside hotel. Sticky loots. Sign on door stating skunks on property be aware. Front door continually locked which the staff said was to keep homeless people out. Shower had no water pressure and inconsistent temperature. Felt like the most unsafe, unsanitary hotel ever.

Was surprised to have to pay for parking in the hotel lot.
