Very clean and pleasant stay, everything was working great. Would stay again.

ROOM IS TOO SMALL

We stayed just one night, just to sleep. Check-in was fast and courteous. Parking was easy. Room was clean. Comfy beds. Quiet and slept well. I would stay again. One of the two beds was very close to the AC unit, that might disturb some.

Room was very clean and staff were helpful. breakfast was minimal at best. It took 15 - 20 pumps on the coffee bottle to get a reasonably full cup of coffee. Dispensers for soap and skin cream aren't checked so they run out. Everything else worked well - hot water, shower, A/C, etc. If you need a place to shower and sleep, this place fills the bill nicely. If you need something more, it comes up short.

I would not stay here again. All three of my employees woke up with bed bug bites and confirmed them by pulling the mattress away from the box spring to find their carcasses and blood stains.

Nice to have a pool for the family when I visit
-
Good parking. Great Air conditioning.

I liked the price and location The walls are very thin. I could hear our neighbor making noise until 3:30 am. When I tried to contact the front desk to make a complaint, there was no option on the phone to reach them

Parking lot view. We did not eat breakfast-we follow a a keto lifestyle.

The location was great for what I needed. I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT, THAT I HAD TO WAIT 12 ( TWELVE ) HOURS TO CHECK IN. When I stayed arrived in another state at 2:30 am, the desk told me I had too wait until 3:00 am, to check in, one hour. Your Hotel Manager made me wait 12 hours. I first arrived around 2:15 am, I was told I had too wait 12 hours to check in. I returned around 8:30, hoping to check in earlier than 2pm, I asked if I could check-in, again refused, asked if there was a restroom I could use, denied again. Went to a restaurant to use the bathroom. This is not the first time I have stayed in this Hotel, same room ,in 2024 I believe. Very unhappy about the twelve hour wait. I'm returning to Oroville, I don't think I will be returning the that establishment again. Sincerely Sharon Gorham

Several restaurants were only a few blocks away. I will use them again when I travel that way.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I was on a budget and selected this stay based on price, knowing it may not be in the best area, or a 5 star resort, but I was very surprised and impressed with the dedication these owners had for keeping everything neat as a pin. Beds were very comfortable, Room and bathrooms were very clean, nothing was in ill-repair. Healthy landscaping/plants, windows and walkways were spotless, even the parking lot was cleaned daily. Coming from a former hospitality career, I was not expecting this at a lower budget hotel, but the owner's obviously take a lot of pride in their property. I would definitely visit again. If they had a larger/better pool area, I would have spent more time at the property. There were no lounge chairs or umbrella's and the water was not heated. My biggest. maybe only criticism was that there appeared to be algae in the bottom, so it didn't look suitable for swimming. Perhaps I was there out of season?

I chose this room because it had "GREAT 10/10" reviews, it's either AI or low standards. Worst choice in hotels I've ever made and will NOT ever return to that hotel. Brushed my teethand the sink backed up, took a shower & ended up in standing water before I was even done, used the toilet and it flooded and stayed backed up our entire 3 day stay. (I'm on very limited funds & there was a NO REFUND policy, otherwise I would have cancelled the whole stay). The hotel is outdated and smells like it. The door had obviously been kicked in because the security latch and a whole piece of door frame fell on us when we entered the room for the first time. Wood floor board piece wasn't even glued to the wall and just kept falling off. The only good thing about our stay was the AC worked great in the 95 degree weather.

92 degrees... BUT THE POOL WAS OUT OF SERVICE..WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO USE SUPER 8s POOL. Breakfast - No bread , awful coffee. Only had bananas. (I'm allergic) no yogarts... no other fruit. I Don't eat packaged sweet rolls.
