A/c worked really well on a very hot day.

There were cockroaches.

The room was clean and freshly painted, but the bed was hard as a rock. No door or hangers when considering the closet. Towels old and did not appear clean, so we did not use shower. We got through the night saying it was just one night, absolutely no plans of repeating our visit. Planter boxes needed weeded, and security cameras mounted on roof looked tacky not professional.

The property was close to the freeway! The cheap towels, no soap in the shower, the bathroom floor wasn't properly cleaned, there was dirty foot prints on the floor, no hangers for clothes, no iron in room. I couldn't get a receipt for my payment, still haven't got my receipt!!!!

The blanket on the bed is super thin so if you’re like me and like to have a cold room and sleep under blankets i highly recommend bringing your own that will actually keep you warm! the TV doesn’t really get any channels and you can’t screen mirror or watch shows on any apps because they’re older tvs so make sure to bring some entertainment if you plan to stay in the hotel and relax!

it was nice being able to park right in front of the room to unpack and not have to lug it around. checking in and out was super easy and the room was clean, no stains on anything like i’d seen in other reviews! The room stunk like cigarettes, sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty. I left and didn’t stay there and requested a refund

I woke up at 2:30 am to catch Amtrak. I had challenges with Lyft the driver wouldn't load my baggage so the desk clerk loaded it for me as I could not because of my disability. He went above and beyond. I couldn't be more thankful. He also aided me with hot coffee and a warm lobby to sit in as it was very windy and cold. In one word...Kudos to you all

The main reason why I came here is because I saw a pool in the picture. Come to find out as I pulled up and already booked my stay. There is no pool! The pool was turned into a garden? So misleading and and a disappointment.

The weird part was to be asked for a deposit in cash. When we went to the office to check out nobody was there. We rang the door bell and nothing. We lost our deposit. Not happy about it.

It was a good stay, only wish there had been hangers in the room and a blow dryer provided. Bed was good enough for the night but a little hard.

Staff was really great and accommodating, it was close to town and easily accessible to food and stores near by. Cleanliness, pillows had stains on it- I had to purchase new pillows to use. Bathroom was really dirty , shower curtain didn’t look like it was ever cleaned lots of soap scum on it and mold. Towels were dirty as well.
